NEW – now including a high-quality aperture Solar-filter for safe observation of sunspots, eclipses and planet transits. Great telescope for night and solar observation. In the past few years the BRESSER Newton telescopes have become the standard workhorse for Deep Sky astrophotography. We now proudly present the second generation of this telescope, the BRESSER NT-203s/800 with Hexafoc and fast parabolic main mirror. The Bresser NT-203s/800 f3.9 will deliver you deeper images due to its - compared to 8" f/5 systems - oversized primary mirror and therefore faster optical system with the same exposure time. The big 85 mm secondary prevents vignetting for optimal illumination The excellent 2,5" Hexafoc focuser also does not cause vignetting due to its large diameter and makes focussing a joy - the smoothness and shifting-free operation sets new standards in this price class. This groundbreaking focuser, tube rings with 44mm universal standard dovetail and camera mounting feature and a high-end finderscope with haircross and laser-engraved scale leave nothing to desire even for demanding astrophotographers. The NT-203s/800 Hexafoc has a classical tube construction with an aluminium tube. The focuser can be upgraded with a 10:1 reduction (part No. 0625720) without problems. Also prepared for use with the HR Coma Corrector (part No. 0510330) which eliminates coma, field-curvature and astigmatism. BRESSER EXOS-2 GoTo Equatorial Mount. Mount, tripod and hand box with computer. This German mount has tracking motors in both axes that follow celestial objects very precisely. The handbox with GoTo works reliable and controls the mount in every situation. Precise ball bearings in both axes ensures minimal backlash at all nine possible tracking speeds. The battery pack (12 V) is conveniently fastened to the tripod shelf and takes eight size D batteries.
The mount rests on a very tough and rigid stainless steel tripod and can take optical tubes of up to 13 kg. GOTO Stargazing at the push of a button !
The Startracker GoTo System enables beginners to start astronomical observations in just a few minutes, and guides you to objects that are hard to localize through a standard finder scope.Just push the button and the GoTo System will find planets, nebulae or galaxies for you and position your telescope automatically and precise.
The GoTo System database includes thousands of astronomical objects. The Messier mount with GoTo System allows you to observe without tedious searching, or image faint objects that are hard to find in a standard finder scope. Please note: Reflector telescopes with optical design Newton are very good for astronomical observing at the starry night sky. But these telescopes are not well usable for observing landscape and nature during daylight. Therefore we suggest BRESSER refractor (lens) telescopes for landscape and nature observing.CHARCTERISTICS OPTICS

The Telescope The Maksutov Newton MN-152 David H. Levy Comet Hunter is a highly corrected optical system for wide-field observation and astrophotography, developed in collaboration with the famous "comet hunter" David H. Levy. The Maksutov-Newton system, by design, has advantages and disadvantages compared to the classic Newtonian telescope. Aside from the higher cost, its drawback is the heavier weight due to the thick meniscus lens at the front opening. The main advantage of the Maksutov-Newton over the classic Newtonian is its edge sharpness. Newtonian telescopes are only sharp in the centre of the image, while off-centre they show the prominent coma, which distorts the star point into a tail, like a small comet, causing a loss of sharpness and contrast. The Maksutov-Newton significantly reduces this error, making it sharper for most purposes, both for visual observation and photography with digital SLR cameras. The Maksutov-Newton is therefore an almost ideal all-round telescope, providing sharp images across the field without additional correctors.

SX2WL R200SS telescope set, complete with GoTo mount, tripod and eyepiecesThis high-quality Newtonian telescope set impresses with its large 200 mm aperture and fast focal ratio for photography. The telescope is manufactured in Japan and scores with its excellent workmanship, sharpness and contrast performance.
The advantage of this telescope is its low weight and short focal length, making it ideal for larger deep-sky objects.
You will be amazed when you use it to observe the surface of the moon with its craters or Saturn with its ring system.
On a good night, many smaller details will be visible in the cloud bands on Jupiter, such as the large red spot on the planet.
On moonless nights, you can observe the Andromeda Nebula, Orion Nebula, Eagle Nebula, Lagoon Nebula and many other interesting fainter objects.
The brighter globular star clusters can be easily resolved into individual stars. The fast focal ratio of 1:4 makes this telescope perfect for photography.
You can therefore get a great photo very quickly and don't have to choose endlessly long exposure times.
You can optimise the image quality with the optionally available flattner Art. X000150.
This flattner (not included) optimises the image right into the corners of a full-frame DSLR camera.
The large 60 mm focuser also allows even heavy cameras to be attached without tilting.
The sturdy metal tripod enables vibration-free mounting of the telescope and mount even in windy weather. The ultra-modern SX2WL mount is simply operated via a Wi-Fi module with your smartphone or tablet.By simply controlling the mount with your smartphone or tablet and using the free STAR BOOK Wireless app, you can easily use sky navigation functions such as automatic GoTo panning for many celestial objects. By eliminating the conventional LCD display (STAR BOOK TEN), the power consumption on the mount is reduced by up to 20%, thus enabling longer astronomical observation and astrophotography. When you touch the desired celestial object on the star chart, it is automatically pointed into the telescope's field of view and tracking begins.NOTE: An existing STAR BOOK TEN or ONE controller can also be used on this mount without any problems.Equipped with the same precision stepper motors as the top model, the AXD mount, the SX2WL brings a new standard of performance and precision to the Vixen mount family. With a photographic load capacity of 12 kg, the axis cross of the mount is just 7 kg light, making it ideal for mobile observations. In addition, the motors mounted in the lower part of the mount also serve as a counterweight and the mount therefore requires fewer weights for balancing. The SX2WL mount in detailPrecision stepper motors and micro-step motion control systemAt the heart of the SX2 are the precision stepper motors, which offer better performance and response than previous models. The micro-step motion control system scores with powerful yet very smooth drive characteristics, which are present in both fine movements and fast pans.Built-in bearingsThe bearings of the RA and DEC axes and the worm shafts have been significantly improved to reduce the load on the motors. As a result, the motors move much more smoothly than in previous models.High-precision worm gearsHigh-precision processing technologies eliminate worm gear errors. The running surfaces of the two worms and worm wheels are manufactured to be particularly smooth, enabling very precise tracking.Declination axis as counterweightThe massive motor units are installed in the lower part of the declination axis so that the center of gravity of the SX2WL is below the intersection point of the RA and DEC axes. This means you need fewer additional counterweights.Latitude adjustmentThe latitude is adjustable between 0 and 70 degrees (divided into 3 zones and adjustable in +/- 15 degrees per zone, for high, medium and low latitudes); latitude scale in 2-degree increments; fine adjustment with a tangent screw head, approx. 0.8 degrees per turn. The wireless module in detailThe Vixen Wifi adapter for EQ mounts allows you to control your Vixen mount via a smartphone or tablet. With the smartphone app "STAR BOOK Wireless" (free of charge) you can navigate the sky without any cables. The "STAR BOOK Wireless" smartphone app transforms your smartphone or tablet into a control unit for the equatorial mount in no time at all. The response delay of the mount, which is considered the biggest disadvantage of wireless connections, has been reduced to a level comparable to wired connections.Reduced power consumption compared to conventional controllers with LCD monitorThe power consumption of the mount is reduced by up to 20%, allowing longer observations than with conventionalwired controllers such as the STAR BOOK TEN.Operation similar to the STAR BOOK TEN control unitThe STAR BOOK Wireless app has a similar structure to the STAR BOOK TEN control system. Depending on the star map setting, it contains up to 259,000 celestial objects. Tap on a celestial object in the object list and start the GoTo.The mount will now automatically move to this target and bring it into the telescope's field of view. All the popular features of the STAR BOOK TEN are retainedConvenient operationWhen looking through the telescope operate the mount by swiping on the app's star chart. As there are no buttons, simply slide your finger over the star chart to operate the mount conveniently.Extensive astronomical data includedIn addition to data on easily observable celestial bodies such as Messier objects, NGC objects and IC objects, this also includes the sun, moon, planets, comets and dwarf planets.High-precision alignmentBy aligning the mount to one or two stars, you can already achieve fairly precise positioning of the mount. By aligning to three or more stars, you can achieve high-precision alignment of the mount for high magnifications. The objects are then approached precisely and centrally in the field of view of your telescope. The alignment information is saved and can be retained even when the device is switched off. By leaving the telescope in its current state after completing an observation without moving it, you can start the automatic installation with the same settings for the next observation.Individual setting optionsAs with the STAR BOOK TEN controller, the app offers various individual settings, such as gear backlash compensation, night mode in red, autoguider, variable GoTo speed and LED brightness. You can also set the timing of the reversal of the objective tube (meridian flip) as required.Even if the object moves to the south during tracking, you can prevent the telescope tube from reversing.Important information: Cannot be used on old SX mounts with the old blue star bookTechnical informationCPU with 32-bit CISC processor 120 MHzThe unit is connected to the mount via a D-SUB 9PIN connector as is the STAR BOOK TEN.It has a 6-pin, 6-wire modular connector for external autoguider operation.Supported operating systems are Android 6 or higher, iOS 9.0 or higher, WLAN standard: IEEE 802.11b/g/n・Details of the R200SS TelescopeThe f/4-200 mm optics of the R200SS impress with a great light-gathering capacity and are equipped with a parabolic primary mirror, thus delivering extremely sharp images without chromatic aberration. A special coating (state-of-the-art technology) provides the optimal surface for the observation and photography of deep-sky objects.
Vixen has developed a unique aluminium vacuum coating system that produces extremely precise mirror surfaces. This revolutionary Vixen system allows for greater precision through the controlled coating of the primary mirror. This coating is also used in the VMC200L/VC200L, in addition to the R200SS.With its large aperture and short focal length, the R200SS telescope is ideally suited for astrophotography of nebulae, star clusters, and comets. The use of an optional coma corrector (not included) enables sharp imaging right to the corners of a full-frame DSLR camera. The Mount The iEXOS-100 is a high-quality astronomical mount with practical Wi-Fi GoTo functionality and the revolutionary EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC PMC-Eightâ„¢ tracking. It makes sky navigation, finding objects, and precise tracking easy. The control is operated via the free ExploreStars app for Windows, Android, and iOS, comfortably through your laptop or tablet. Additionally, the free ASCOM POTH Client from EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC (wired or wireless) is available for download, enabling you to work with virtually any sky software supporting the ASCOM standard.
Precise tracking and intuitive control The German equatorial design of the iEXOS-100 allows for precise tracking, enabling observers to keep an object centred in the eyepiece for extended periods. This helps astrophotographers overcome typical long-exposure challenges, such as field rotation and star trails. The unique strength of the PMC-Eightâ„¢ system lies in its eight independently operating CPUs, offering excellent responsiveness, efficiency, and extremely accurate tracking to compensate for Earth's rotation. The intuitive user interface of the ExploreStars app makes telescope alignment and night sky navigation easy, providing interesting information about tens of thousands of celestial objects, which are regularly updated.
Versatile equipment for easy, universal use Other advantages of the mount include easy-to-use axis clamps, a stepless polar height adjustment, and a polar alignment tunnel for quick alignment with Polaris. A built-in bubble level helps level the tripod. Multiple fluorescent elements on the mount and tripod make it easier to navigate in the dark. The attachment of optics is done via a standard GP dovetail, making the iEXOS-100 a universally applicable mount.

A compelling combination: Enjoy spectacular sky observations with the BRESSER Messier AR-127S/635 tube and the EXOS-2 PMC-Eight GoTo mount, both day and night. Thanks to its compact design, the telescope is perfect for wide-field observations, such as breathtaking views of the Andromeda Galaxy or large gas nebulae. The four-lens achromat with its large 127 mm aperture provides high contrast and minimal color aberration. The high-quality solar filter also allows safe observations of our home star. This modern mount provides precise tracking and intuitive sky navigation via the app for all your astrophotography and exploration needs.
The Telescope As a quality telescope for night and solar observations, the BRESSER Messier AR-127S/635 tube with its compact design offers particularly large and bright fields of view. Be sure to use it to observe the Andromeda Galaxy! The light from this object, visible over 2 million light-years away, is as spectacular through this telescope as observing large gas nebulae. Thanks to the large aperture, the Messier AR-127S/635 can use nebula filters that enhance gas nebulae with remarkable contrast. The special construction as a four-lens achromat achieves minimal color error and better photographic correction than comparable two-lens devices, even with a very fast focal ratio of f/5 for a refractor. With the high-quality solar filter, you can safely observe sunspots, eclipses, and planetary transits. (Warning: Never point the telescope at the sun without a solar filter.)
The Mount The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC EXOS-2 PMC-Eight GoTo mount is equipped with a modern, highly accurate GoTo control system. It consists of a robust Wi-Fi controller unit providing all necessary interfaces. The NEMA-11 stepper motors are connected directly to this unit by cable, and an ST-4 compatible autoguider interface is also available. Additionally, the control supports micro-step mode for precise tracking.
Intuitive operation via app and graphic star map The ExploreStars app, developed specifically for the PMC-Eight system, offers an intuitive, visually pleasing user interface. The app displays available alignment stars for system initialization and all celestial objects in the database as a star map with additional text information. All objects can be easily viewed and selected.
Powerful controller unit with Open GoTo for customization The heart of the controller unit is a fully autonomous, 2-channel multi-processor with 8 CPUs and a Wi-Fi Ethernet 10/100 adapter with IP functionality. This setup enables remote operation via browser, ASCOM, app, or serial connection. Open GoTo allows custom firmware to be written and loaded onto the controller, enabling individual customization of device functions and the creation of custom object lists.
Polar finder included The included pre-mounted polar finder scope enables quick and precise alignment and long exposure times without unwanted star trails. The integrated LED lighting unit further enhances the usability of the polar finder.
