Shipping Options and Costs

Standard Shipping*

DHL Standard: Within Germany, shipping is available via DHL Standard for €6.90. Delivery times can be found on the product detail page.

DPD Standard: Within Germany, shipping is available via DPD Standard for €5.90. Delivery times can be found on the product detail page.

UPS Standard: For international orders, we typically use UPS Standard for €6.90.

* Please note that in a few rare cases, deliveries within Germany may also be handled by UPS Standard. However, this only applies to a small number of our products.

Express Shipping

DHL Express: NEW! We now offer worldwide express shipping. Within Germany, delivery is made within 1 working day. Internationally, delivery takes 1-2 working days. Please note that orders must be placed by 10 AM Monday to Friday - there is no dispatch on Saturdays. For orders paid by bank transfer, shipping will occur only once payment has been received.

Shipping weight from 0 kg = €15
Shipping weight from 5 kg = €25
Shipping weight from 10 kg = €35

Note: Saturday delivery is not available with DHL Express. Also, please note that express shipping is only available for packages weighing up to 20 kg.

Oversized Item Shipping

GEL: We offer GEL shipping specifically for our oversized items. Please provide a phone number for delivery when placing your order. GEL will contact you by phone to arrange a smooth delivery.

Freight Shipping

Freight: We provide freight shipping for our bulky items. Please provide a phone number for delivery when placing your order. The freight company will contact you by phone to arrange a smooth delivery.
