Order & Delivery

The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination. You can always check the exact delivery time directly on the respective product detail page.

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can easily request changes or a cancellation through our customer service. We will be happy to assist you.

To ensure your order arrives safely and reliably, we offer different shipping methods:

  • Standard shipping with DHL, DPD or UPS – €6.90 within Germany, from €7.40 to other European countries.

  • Express shipping – for particularly urgent orders (1 business day within Germany, 1–2 business days internationally, up to 20 kg).

  • GEL shipping or freight forwarding – for bulky or oversized items such as photo backdrops. The freight carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date.

Products & Availability

All items marked as “Available” in our shop are ready for delivery right away. This means you can be sure that your desired product will be shipped to you quickly.

Yes, all our products naturally come with a standard 2-year warranty.
For many of our products, we even offer an extended warranty of 5, 10, 20 or 30 years. Just look for the warranty logo on the product page or the packaging. After purchase, you can conveniently register your product online. This way, you can start your adventures with peace of mind – and if any problems should arise, we will work together to find a fair solution.

Each product comes with a corresponding user manual. In addition, we provide the manuals as PDF downloads on the respective product pages. This way, you always have access – even on the go.

Yes, we offer a wide range of accessories such as tripods, eyepieces, protective cases, batteries, as well as matching spare parts. You can find everything clearly organized in the respective product categories.

Returns & Complaints

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it within 30 days.
You can do this conveniently via our returns portal: There you enter your order details, create your return label, and drop off the package at a shipping provider. 

Please note: Bulky goods (e.g. large photo backdrops) cannot be returned via the portal. In this case, please contact our shipping service directly at versandservice@bresser.de.

We cover the return shipping costs – both within Germany and for returns from abroad.

If your product does not function properly, please contact our customer service directly. Together, we will quickly find a solution – whether through repair, replacement, or a refund.

Customer Account & Service

No, you can also place an order with us as a guest. However, a customer account offers you many advantages, such as access to your order history or faster processing for future orders.
