To ensure your order arrives safely and reliably, we offer different shipping methods:

Standard shipping with DHL, DPD or UPS – €6.90 within Germany, from €7.40 to other European countries.

Express shipping – for particularly urgent orders (1 business day within Germany, 1–2 business days internationally, up to 20 kg).

GEL shipping or freight forwarding – for bulky or oversized items such as photo backdrops. The freight carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date.
All items marked as “Available” in our shop are ready for delivery right away. This means you can be sure that your desired product will be shipped to you quickly.
Each product comes with a corresponding user manual. In addition, we provide the manuals as PDF downloads on the respective product pages. This way, you always have access – even on the go.
Yes, we offer a wide range of accessories such as tripods, eyepieces, protective cases, batteries, as well as matching spare parts. You can find everything clearly organized in the respective product categories.
You can do this conveniently via our returns portal: There you enter your order details, create your return label, and drop off the package at a shipping provider.
Please note: Bulky goods (e.g. large photo backdrops) cannot be returned via the portal. In this case, please contact our shipping service directly at versandservice@bresser.de.
We cover the return shipping costs – both within Germany and for returns from abroad.
