We ship your order with DHL, DPD, UPS, DHL Express, GEL, or by freight forwarding – depending on the product and destination country. For particularly large or heavy items, shipping is only possible via certain service providers. Which shipping method applies to you can be seen directly in the checkout. As soon as we have received your return/complaint, we will check the device. Once this has been done, we will process your credit. Please note that it takes a few days for us to check the device. We always strive to handle your request quickly and properly.
For schools, universities, and public institutions, we offer the purchase on account option.
To do this, create a customer account and send us a short message at info@bresser.de.
After verification, we will activate the “invoice” payment method.
This applies to orders up to €2,500. For higher amounts, please contact us in advance.
