The zoom stereo microscope BRESSER Advance ICD is suitable for a wide variety of objects. Because of the Greenough design with two tilted objectives, you can view the sample in 3D. The three-dimensional view is also very helpful when working under the microscope, e.g. when soldering, dissecting or preparing a sample. The precise zoom enables you to view your sample in a wide range of magnifications from 1x to 4x (zoom ratio 4.0). When zooming, only slight refocussing is necessary. To do this, the Advance ICD microscope is equipped with a very precise, coaxial coarse and fine focus. The fine focus is especially helpful when using high magnifications or for imaging. When doing focus stacking with our MikroCam cameras (optional) the fine focus is also a big help. The interpupillary distance of the eyepiece pair is adjustable. Both eyepiece holders are equipped with diopter adjustment, which allows users with bad eyesight to compensate up to 8 dpt. difference between left and right eye. The 10x wide field eyepieces have field number (FN) 22 and are equipped with soft rubber eyecups. The microscope head can be moved on the long rod of the stand, which allows you to observe big samples up to a size of 22 cm.The angle of the bright LED reflected light illumination can be adjusted as necessary. The extra bright and even LED transmitted light provides a flat background when viewing transparent samples. The switch allows you to select reflected light, transmitted light or a combination of both to match your requirements. Brightness is adjustable with the dimmer. The bright light does not heat up, which allows you to observe also living specimens over a longer period of time. The long lasting LED is powered by a 5V AC adapter (EU/UK). The power cable comes with a USB plug.Fully equipped, the Advance ICD covers an exceptionally wide range of magnifications and is therefore suitable for a variety of tasks. Besides the included 2x lens there is also a selection of other auxiliary objectives available. With these, you are able to adjust magnification, working distance and depth of focus according to your needs.Magnifications in basic setting (no optional accessories):10x eyepieces: 10x – 40x10x eyepieces plus 2x auxiliary lens: 20x – 80x20x eyepieces: 20x – 80x20x eyepieces plus 2x auxiliary lens: 80x – 160x(other magnifications are possible when using other auxiliary lenses and/or eyepieces)The third tube is designed to permanently attach a camera. The BRESSER TRM-301 is a trinocular biological microscope of first-class quality: This means excellent imaging, good ergonomy, high stability and a modern attractive design. It is a laboratory microscope, which permits an intensive use, e.g. in medicine, biology, agriculture and industry area. Also, we can recommend it to the engaged hobbyist as his "microscope for a lifetime".
A particular important feature of the TRM-301 is its ability for the Köhler illumination. This optimal illumination is bright, cool (going easy on the object), homogenous, reflex free and rich in contrast, so it makes the full use of the microscope optics. The Köhler illumination is standard for scientific research and microphotography. It is achieved with the fixed field diaphragm and the adjustable Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm). Naturally, the TRM-301 has the other features, which are typical for high-quality microscopes: lengthwise and cross moveable stage, ergonomic coaxial focusing knobs (fine focus: 200 µm / full turn), continous dimmer, planachromatic objectives (4x, 10x, 40x, 100x-oil retractable), 10x wide field eyepieces (mounted in 30° inclined eyepiece tubes), adjustment of eye relief, diopter adjustment and the phototube.

The BRESSER DST-0745 is a special microscope that is operated with a c-mount camera (camera not included).
This allows direct viewing on a screen. Due to the vertically installed optics, there is no shifting of the image when focusing. This is especially useful for "focus stacking" shots.
The zoom is continuously adjustable from 0.7x - 4.5x. A coarse and fine focus adjustment facilitates focusing, especially at high magnifications.
The convenient and user-friendly operation makes the digital microscope particularly suitable for daily use in the workshop. Measurements, quality control of surfaces or inspection of components and raw materials are easy with the workshop microscope. Insects, plants and rocks are also impressively displayed.
The DST-0745 workshop microscope is not suitable for visual observation. It can only be used in combination with a MikroCam c-mount microscope camera.
It is designed for camera sensors of about 1/2". Smaller sensors can be used without problems. With larger sensors there is vignetting, which becomes somewhat less at higher magnifications.
Due to the two flexible incident light lamps, the light can be optimally positioned.
The transmitted light illumination helps when observing transparent objects. The brightness of both illuminators can be adjusted in five steps.
The magnification of a USB camera differs from the magnification of the lens. It depends, among other things, on the sensor size and the display on a monitor. It can be compared to macro lenses with macro factor 0.7:1 up to 4.5:1.

At the BRESSER Science IVM 401, the usual direction of illumination and observation is inverted: One illuminates the sample from above and observes it from below. This type allows for the microscopy of sediments and transparent living organisms, which are found at the bottom of a liquid medium. For example, plankton or protozoa at the ground of culture bottles, which should not turned over, can be investigated. So, this special microscope is suitable for public water departments, research institutes and universities, for medical treatment, animal husbandry, agriculture, limnology etc.
The Science IVM 401 has a large fixed object plate with stage moving system, a powerful halogen bulb illumination (30 W) with dimmer and field diaphragm, and a fourfold nosepiece. The trinocular head is turnable and bears 30° inclined eyepiece tubes and a photo tube. There are eye relief adjustment and diopter adjustment, as well as coaxial coarse and fine focusing knobs.
As accessories, which are available on request, you have a big choice: Wide field eyepieces (WF10x, WF16x), planachromatic DIN objectives (10x, 25x, 40x), planachromatic DIN phase contrast objectives with annular diaphragm (10x, 25x, 40x), condenser (working distance 30 mm; with phase contrast), condenser (working distance 70 mm), different filters (blue, green, ground glass) and specimen holders for rectangular or round culture utensils.

Stereo microscopes have become an essential tool in life science laboratories. Many experiments in cell culture, developmental biology and cellular biology require a powerful instrument that enables three-dimensional observations with high-resolution, high-precision images of macroscopic objects and cell cultures. Featuring a powerful 18x zoom, the Nexcope NSZ818 is suitable for all of these applications. It produces a high-resolution, high-contrast 3D image that is guaranteed to impress. The powerful microscope includes a high-performance plan-apochromatic lens with a large working distance of 60 mm, which produces images free from chromatic aberration, even at the highest magnification levels. The contrast and depth of field can be adjusted to your object via the adjustable diaphragm. In addition, the 10x wide-field eyepieces have a large 23 mm field of view and are suitable for people who wear glasses, They also feature a rubber pad to prevent damage. When the microscope is used without glasses, the dioptre adjustment can be adjusted on both sides. The camera connection features a switch, which can be used to switch between visual observation and photo mode. In photo mode, the beam path for the right eye is redirected to the camera. The microscope is ready for connection to C-mount cameras (e.g. our MicroCam models). It can be connected to cameras with a sensor format of 1 without an additional adapter. The heavy metal stand with a glass inlay features a bright, homogeneous LED transmitted-light illuminator as standard. A diaphragm can be inserted into the base for additional contrast. The focusing system consists of a coaxial coarse and fine focusing knob for sensitive focusing, even at high magnifications. The flat base allows you to work ergonomically and safely with a wide range of culture vessels.
In contrast to usual light, polarized light has a preferred vibration plane of the light waves. Polarized light lets be seen anisotropic objects, whose observable properties are depending on the direction, "in a new light": crystals, but also animal hairs, feathers, muscles, nerve fibres and vegetable cell walls, which have a preferred direction of its biomolecules, show structures now, which were hidden in the normal bright field image. Images made by polarized light are often characterized by a fantastic coloring. Polarization microscopes are used particularly in mineralogy, geology, biology and medicine.
In order to change the object's direction in a controlled way, the Science MPO 401 has a round, center-adjustable and full rotatable object stage with degree scale. The illumination and observation unit encloses e. g. the halogen bulb lamp (20 W) with dimmer, the field diaphragm (used to achieve the Köhler illumination), the 360° rotatable polarizer (for the production of polarized light), centering implements for the objectives and the analyzer attachment (for the analysis of the polarized light). The analyzer attachment is meant for receiving the 360° rotatable analyzer and optional available sliders (Bertrand lens for conoscopy; quartz wedge, lambda plate and lambda/4 plate used in order to get special colour effects). The wide field eyepieces (WF10x), which are also optional available, are placed at the trinocular head with an inclination of 30°. They have eye relief adjustment as well as diopter adjustment. The images shown by them are bright, true colored, sharp and rich in details. Apart from the slips and eyepieces, which were mentioned above, the accessories of the MPO 401 contain a dividing eyepiece (WF10x), the Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm, special polarization objectives (4x, 10x, 40x retractable, 100x-oil retractable), filters (blue, ground glass) and immersion oil.

Inverted microscopes are used for observing cell cultures. The NEXCOPE NIB610 is particularly suitable for this purpose and is very user-friendly and easy to handle. Like all devices of the NIB600 series, the microscope is also prepared for use in sterile workbenches (Clean Bench, Laminar Flow). The UV-resistant coating ensures that the workstation can be sterilised with UV light without any problems. Using an inverted microscope, the sample is illuminated from above and viewed from below through the bottom of the sample vessel. With such an inverted design, the device enables the microscopy of plankton, microalgae and cell cultures directly in the culture vessel without opening the vessel. For example, cell cultures can be observed in so-called 96-well (Terasaki) plates, Petri dishes or special slides with attached wells. The sample does not have to be covered, and the thickness of the layer is also insignificant.Accordingly, this special microscope is used in research institutes and universities, in veterinary medicine, agriculture, marine biology, limnology, aquaculture, etc.OBJECTIVESThe NEXCOPE NIB610 microscope is equipped with a quintuple nosepiece. A planachromatic 4x objective, as well as a 10x, 20x and 40x planachromatic phase contrast objective are already included in the scope of delivery. The objectives are designed for sample vessels with a base thickness of 1.2 mm. This means that standard slides or plates that rest on standard slides can also be used.EYEPIECESThe eyepieces have a large field of view of 22 mm. The high field of view makes them very comfortable even for spectacle wearers. A rubber cup protects against contact. A diopter compensation from -5 to +5 can be set individually for each eyepiece. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm.ILLUMINATIONThe powerful 3W LED can be adjusted in brightness and provides optimal illumination. The adjustment-free condenser allows for quick readiness for use. The phase contrast adjustment is also preset and does not need to be changed when changing magnifications.MECHANICSIn addition to coarse focusing, fine focusing helps to bring the object into focus very precisely. A full turn of the fine focusing knob moves the stage up or down by 0.2 mm. On the right side, the fine focus can be adjusted with a finger. The tension of the coarse focusing knob can be adjusted as desired. The fine focusing knobs are held magnetically and can be set to the left or right, as required. The cross stage offers the possibility of inserting various specimen holders (optional). Thus, slides, 96-well cell culture plates or Petri dishes can be inserted. The microscope can also be operated without a stage. This provides a very large, flat surface, e.g. for larger culture flasks or stacks. If the condenser is removed, a working distance of 187 mm is achieved.CAMERA CONNECTIONThe NEXCOPE NIB610 is specially designed for use with c-mount cameras. The integrated display informs you at any time about the selected magnification and the status of the illumination as well as the ECO mode. The brightness can be programmed for each objective so that there is no need to readjust when changing magnification and the user is not blinded.
OBJECTIVE
The NEXCOPE NIB630 microscope is equipped with a quintuple nosepiece. A 4x planachromatic objective and one each of 10x, 20x and 40x planachromatic phase contrast objectives are included. The condenser has a numerical aperture of 0.3 and an extra long working distance. The objectives are calculated for a soil thickness of 1.2 mm. Please use appropriate culture vessels. The universal specimen holder is suitable for standard slides.
EYEPIECES
The eyepieces have a field of view of 22 mm. This gives you a very large field of view. The high eye point makes them very comfortable even for spectacle wearers. A rubber edge protects against scratches on contact. Dioptric compensation from -5 to +5 can be individually adjusted for each eyepiece.
The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm. The binocular can be tilted up and down to adjust the viewing height.
ILLUMINATION
The Koehler illumination provides the best possible light guidance of the microscopy light. This avoids stray light and only illuminates the just visible area in the specimen. This protects sensitive living specimens from excessive light irradiation. The powerful 3W LED can be adjusted in brightness and ensures optimal illumination. The brightness can be adjusted individually for each objective. If an objective is changed, the NEXCOPE NIB630 automatically adjusts the previously set brightness. The display shows the currently selected lens and the current brightness. The tiltable lighting unit makes it easier to work with taller sample vessels. The adjustable condenser with extra-long working distance enables quick readiness for use.
MECHANICS
In addition to coarse focusing, fine focusing helps to bring the specimen into focus very precisely. A full turn of the fine focusing knob moves the stage up or down by 0.2 mm. On the right side, the fine focus can be adjusted with a finger. The friction of the coarse focusing can also be varied.
The fine focusing knobs are held magnetically and can be mounted on the left or right.
The XY stage offers the possibility of inserting various holders. This allows slides or even petri dishes to be inserted.

It features a very high contrast, which ensures an outstanding image quality and resolution. This makes it ideal for demanding and professional applications.
LENSES
The panchromatic lenses ensure a flat field of view. The 100x lens is resilient to contact and is designed for a water immersion (NA: 1.10).
The 40x lens has a very high working distance of 1.5 mm, which prevents contact with immersion fluids.
The nosepiece has five positions and is equipped with four lenses (4x, 10x, 40x, 100xW). These feature an M25 thread and a parfocal length of 60 mm.
EYEPIECES
The eyepieces have a 22 mm field of view. This produces a wide-angle image. The high eyepiece head is ideal for spectacle wearers. A rubber edge provides protection upon eye contact. A dioptre compensation of -5 to +5 can be set individually for each eyepiece.
The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm.
ILLUMINATION
The condensor with an iris diaphragm is adjustable and provides Köhler illumination together with the light source, which is also equipped with an iris diaphragm.
The powerful 3 W LED has an adjustable brightness and provides the best possible illumination. The brightness can be adjusted individually for each lens. When a lens is changed, the NEXCOPE NE620T automatically adjusts the previous brightness settings. The display shows the currently selected lens and the current brightness.
MECHANICS
The XY stage is moved via a combination of a toothed rack and tooth belt drive. This enables exact positioning for high magnifications.
In addition to the coarse focus, the fine focus helps to render a very sharp image of the object. A full turn of the fine focus moves the table up/down by 0.2 mm. The fine focus can be adjusted with one finger on the right-hand side. The table height limit helps to protect the specimens. The friction of the coarse focus can also be adjusted.

Inverted microscopes are primarily used for inspecting cultures. The NEXCOPE NIB620 is the ideal professional microscope for this purpose.
The specimen is illuminated from above and inspected from underneath. This inverted design enables microscopy of plankton, microalgae and cell cultures. This allows cell cultures to be examined directly in the culture vessel without taking samples.
This special microscope can be used in a wide range of applications, such as water management agencies, research institutes and universities, human and veterinary medicine, agriculture, marine biology, limnology and aquaculture.
The inverted design prevents the lenses from coming into contact with the fluid. The specimen does not need to be covered, and the coating thickness is irrelevant. Culture vessels require a base thickness of 1.2 mm.
The integrated display informs you at any time about the selected magnification and the status of the illumination as well as the sleep mode. The brightness can be programmed for each objective so that there is no need to readjust when changing magnification and the user is not blinded.
OBJECTIVESThe NEXCOPE NIB620 microscope is equipped with a quintuple nosepiece. One planachromatic 4x objective, and one each of 10x, 20x and 40x planachromatic phase contrast objectives are included. The condenser has a numerical aperture (N.A.) of 0.3 and an extra-long working distance.
EYEPIECESThe eyepieces have a 22 mm field of view. Thus you achieve a very large field of view. The high eyepiece head is ideal for spectacle wearers. A rubber edge protects against scratches on contact. A diopter compensation of -5 to +5 can be set individually for each eyepiece.
The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm. You can adjust the angle of the binocular part according to your posture and physique.
ILLUMINATIONThe powerful 3 W LED has an adjustable brightness and provides the best possible illumination. The brightness can be adjusted individually for each objective. When an objective is changed, the NEXCOPE NIB620 automatically adjusts the previous brightness settings. The display shows the currently selected objective and the current brightness. The adjustment-free condenser enables quick readiness for use. The condenser can be removed for bright field observations in order to create more free space.
MECHANICS In addition to the coarse focus, the fine focus helps to render a very sharp image of the object. A full turn of the fine focus moves the stage up/down by 0.2 mm. On the right side, fine focus can be done with one finger. The friction of the coarse focus can also be adjusted. The fine focus knobs are held in place magnetically and can be replaced as needed. The cross stage offers the possibility to insert different holders. For example, you can insert slides or petri dishes. The microscope can also be operated without the cross stage. This creates a large, flat surface.
