The BRESSER Beaufort 5-in-1 Weather Station has everything you need to stay on top of the weather. The weather station also has a large colour display with an intuitive, easy-to-read layout. Thanks to the elegant design, the device blends in perfectly in any home - from a country house to minimalist decor. The outdoor temperature and humidity readings from the 5-in-1 outdoor sensor are supplemented by the integrated thermal/hygro sensor on the base station, which provides precise data on indoor temperature, humidity and air pressure. And so that you always know which way the wind is blowing from - as well as how much it's rained - the weather station also features an anemometer and a rain gauge. Practical features and useful weather data Featuring an outdoor sensor, the weather station offers numerous features to keep you meteorologically informed throughout the day. For example, the graphic weather forecast will show you what kind of weather you can expect over the next 12 hours. Meanwhile, the perceived ('feels like') temperature factors in the impact of wind and humidity on the outdoor temperature, and helps you to choose the right clothes. In addition to the dew point, wind chill and heat index, the weather station also shows you the wind speed using the Beaufort index so that you always know how strong the wind is blowing. However, it's not just the outdoor conditions that are important. The weather station also features a graphic indoor climate indicator, which uses a smiley to show you whether the indoor temperature and humidity are at an optimal level. If your struggle with mildew or dry air, you can set a maximum and minimum value alarm that informs you when the preset limits have been reached. This alarm can also be set for the other measured values. If you're a keen meteorologist or gardener and want to follow recent trends in weather, the weather station also features a historical bar chart for precipitation and air pressure, as well as a min/max value memory. Radio-controlled clock with built-in alarm In addition to extensive meteorological data, the weather station also features a radio-controlled clock that sets the time automatically. After it has been connected to the power supply, the base station automatically searches for the corresponding radio signal. A few minutes later, the time, date and day of the week will appear on the display, together with the current moon phase. The weather station is ideal for bedrooms: the built-in light sensor automatically adjusts the display brightness to the surroundings so that your sleep is not disturbed. There is also a built-in alarm clock with a snooze function. During the winter, the ice/forst alarm activates the alarm 30 minutes earlier when the temperature is below -3 °C. The base station receives measurements wirelessly over a distance of up to 150 m, receiving all wind speed, external temperature and humidity data from your 3-in-1 external sensor. It also displays indoor values: The integrated sensor also measures the indoor temperature and humidity in the room in which the base station is located. It’s the perfect assistant in helping you to prevent mould and avoid air that is unnecessarily dry!Versatile functionsWind speed and classification information can help you to assess the accompanying measured values. And if you want to view historical data, simply take a look at the average and maximum values (by hour, day, month, year) alongside the current wind speed. The historical data memory also records all weather data for the previous 24 hours.
