The NEXCOPE NE620T microscope is designed for a wide range of applications. It features a very high contrast, which ensures an outstanding image quality and resolution. This makes it ideal for demanding and professional applications. LENSES The panchromatic lenses ensure a flat field of view. The 100x lens is resilient to contact and is designed for a water immersion (NA: 1.10). The 40x lens has a very high working distance of 1.5 mm, which prevents contact with immersion fluids. The nosepiece has five positions and is equipped with four lenses (4x, 10x, 40x, 100xW). These feature an M25 thread and a parfocal length of 60 mm. EYEPIECES The eyepieces have a 22 mm field of view. This produces a wide-angle image. The high eyepiece head is ideal for spectacle wearers. A rubber edge provides protection upon eye contact. A dioptre compensation of -5 to +5 can be set individually for each eyepiece. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm. ILLUMINATION The condensor with an iris diaphragm is adjustable and provides Köhler illumination together with the light source, which is also equipped with an iris diaphragm. The powerful 3 W LED has an adjustable brightness and provides the best possible illumination. The brightness can be adjusted individually for each lens. When a lens is changed, the NEXCOPE NE620T automatically adjusts the previous brightness settings. The display shows the currently selected lens and the current brightness. MECHANICS The XY stage is moved via a combination of a toothed rack and tooth belt drive. This enables exact positioning for high magnifications. In addition to the coarse focus, the fine focus helps to render a very sharp image of the object. A full turn of the fine focus moves the table up/down by 0.2 mm. The fine focus can be adjusted with one finger on the right-hand side. The table height limit helps to protect the specimens. The friction of the coarse focus can also be adjusted. CAMERA CONNECTION The NEXCOPE NE620T is specially designed for use with c-mount cameras. Perfect combination of mirror and lens – the telescope Using the Spica-II you’ll start your celestial exploration tour with a classic reflecting telescope of the "Newton" type with an additional lens inside the focuser. This combination of mirror and lens is called "catadioptric". It’s immediately noticeable with this type of telescope that you do not look in at the back, but at the front and laterally. What is the advantage? Even if the telescope is pointed vertically into the sky, you can observe the beauties of the night sky in a comfortable posture. In addition, catadioptric telescopes impress with their transportability, because despite the long focal length, the tube is comparatively short. With its 130 mm aperture, the Spica-II already collects a lot of light from celestial objects. In addition, 130 mm aperture and 1000 mm focal length result in a focal ratio (ratio of aperture to focal length) of 1 to 7.7 (F/7.7). This means you can enjoy an image with good contrast even at high magnifications. Thus, the telescope is well suited for observing the planets and details on the Moon. Note for nature lovers: If you choose a Newtonian telescope like the Spica-II reflector telescope, you can look forward to a specialist in astronomical observation. However, the image is always displayed laterally reversed as well as upside down, which makes no difference when observing the sky. The modern Sony® CMOS sensors give brilliant colours with very low noise and is the perfect choice for any application where true natural colours are important. The included imaging software has multiple adjustments for the capture of still images and videos. The integrated measuring* routine allows for a measurement in the camera live image. The software can be operated in the following languages: German, English, French, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Chinese. The camera housing includes the c-mount adapter thread. For use with 23.2 mm adaptations, we recommend the optional, variable 0,5x reducer (item no. 5914005). For special applications, the camera can also be mounted using the 1/4'' camera tripod thread. The BRESSER MikroCamII are equipped with a USB 3.0 port, compared to the MikroCam SP. This enables up to 8 times faster data transfers to the PC compared with the USB 2.0 standard.
