In the winter months, the frost alarm will alert you when the external temperature falls below -3 °C: Caution, risk of black ice! You can also see the date, day of the week, time and moon phases so you have an idea of the ‘signs of the times’. Plus, for a more long-term view, the memory function stores historical measured data from the past 24 hours. The base station from the 5-in-1 weather station – now also individually – for an overview of measured values in multiple rooms. A base station in the living room and one in the bedroom, giving you an ideal overview whichever room you’re in. The BRESSER base station works with the BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station 7002510 as well as many other BRESSER weather stations. (For compatibility, see below). The clearly structured display on the base station also displays a range of history data. It enables internal storage and evaluation of the measured data over a 24-hour period. Using the measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is indicated on the display by six graphical symbols. There is a programmable alarm function for maximum and minimum values, which can emit an acoustic alarm and light signal if either value is reached. A special frost/ice warning alarm can also be configured for outdoor temperatures from -3 °C. A poor indoor climate can pose a particular health risk for children and the elderly. The BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station offers a smart feature to help tackle this. The indoor climate indicator uses symbols to visualise the current status of the indoor climate. In addition, the BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station also offers radio-controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). The current central European time (CET) and date with day will be displayed within a few minutes of the device being switched on. For the moonstruck, the display also indicates the various phases of the moon. A wake function with snooze function is also included. Monitor your indoor climate with an additional ClimateScout base station In addition to the data from your outdoor sensors (not included), the additional base station also shows you indoor measurements. Is mould likely to develop in your bathroom? Is the air in your baby's bedroom too dry? Simply place the additional station in the corresponding location and the built-in sensor will show you the indoor temperature (°C/°F), humidity and air pressure. Happy or sad smiley, with or without drops: Thanks to the graphical indoor climate indicator, you can quickly ascertain the current comfort level and take appropriate action to improve your indoor climate. There is also a weather alarm, which allows you to set your desired maximum and minimum weather values independently of your other base station. And you don’t need to buy the whole product! This 5-in-1 external sensor is the perfect replacement part for your weather centre. It takes no time to install: Establish the power supply, take the mounting materials from the packaging and fit the wireless sensor at your preferred spot as normal. The existing base station will connect to the replacement external sensor automatically as normal. And if the two devices can’t find one another? You can manually intervene: Simply press the WiFi/SENSOR button on the base station and it will start to search for the new wireless sensor.
