The wind gauge from BRESSER is a professional anemometer for your home garden. You can read the current wind speed from the base station as well as average and maximum values per hour, day, month or year can also be displayed. A wind speed alarm can also be set. The 3-in-1 outdoor sensor determines not only wind speed but also outdoor temperature and humidity. The determined values are transmitted to the base station by radio over a maximum range of 150 m. The base station also has integrated sensors for measuring room temperature and humidity. The base station from the 5-in-1 weather station – now also individually – for an overview of measured values in multiple rooms. A base station in the living room and one in the bedroom, giving you an ideal overview whichever room you’re in. The BRESSER base station works with the BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station 7002510 as well as many other BRESSER weather stations. (For compatibility, see below). The clearly structured display on the base station also displays a range of history data. It enables internal storage and evaluation of the measured data over a 24-hour period. Using the measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is indicated on the display by six graphical symbols. There is a programmable alarm function for maximum and minimum values, which can emit an acoustic alarm and light signal if either value is reached. A special frost/ice warning alarm can also be configured for outdoor temperatures from -3 °C. A poor indoor climate can pose a particular health risk for children and the elderly. The BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station offers a smart feature to help tackle this. The indoor climate indicator uses symbols to visualise the current status of the indoor climate. In addition, the BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station also offers radio-controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). The current central European time (CET) and date with day will be displayed within a few minutes of the device being switched on. For the moonstruck, the display also indicates the various phases of the moon. A wake function with snooze function is also included. In addition to the measured values, the room climate indicator also shows the current air quality. The base station can help you to prevent mould formation and avoid excessively dry air. The device can conveniently alert you to changing weather conditions— simply set maximum and minimum values for the indoor temperature and humidity, external temperature and humidity, precipitation and wind speed and activate the alarm function. If your limit values are then exceeded or not met, the alarm signal will sound and you will see a flashing signal light.
