FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
The symbol flashes when the air pressure drops sharply within a short period of time. This indicates that a storm or strong winds are very likely approaching. As soon as the air pressure stabilizes, the flashing will stop automatically – it therefore serves as a storm warning.
Please proceed as follows:
Tips:
- Remove all batteries from the base station and the outdoor sensor.
- Wait at least 3–10 minutes.
- Insert the batteries into the base station.
- Once the indoor temperature is displayed, insert the batteries into the outdoor sensor.
The signal should now be detected and the outdoor temperature displayed.
Tips:
- If problems occur, replace all batteries with fresh, non-rechargeable brand batteries. Different battery types or charge levels may cause interference.
- Do not place the base station near other electronic devices (this may interfere with reception).
- If necessary, choose a different location for the base station.
If pressing the “DCF” button on the back does not help, reset the station:
- Briefly press the reset button on the back with a pen
- If necessary, place the station closer to a window, as reception inside buildings may be limited

The base station from the 5-in-1 weather station – now also individually – for an overview of measured values in multiple rooms.
A base station in the living room and one in the bedroom, giving you an ideal overview whichever room you’re in.
The clearly structured display on the base station also displays a range of history data. It enables internal storage and evaluation of the measured data over a 24-hour period. Using the measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is indicated on the display by six graphical symbols. There is a programmable alarm function for maximum and minimum values, which can emit an acoustic alarm and light signal if either value is reached. A special frost/ice warning alarm can also be configured for outdoor temperatures from -3 °C.
A poor indoor climate can pose a particular health risk for children and the elderly. The BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station offers a smart feature to help tackle this. The indoor climate indicator uses symbols to visualise the current status of the indoor climate. In addition, the BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station also offers radio-controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). The current central European time (CET) and date with day will be displayed within a few minutes of the device being switched on. For the moonstruck, the display also indicates the various phases of the moon. A wake function with snooze function is also included.

This BRESSER Tendence FSX Thermo-/Hygrometer base station with 3-day forecast is a clearly structured weather station in a modern design with an outdoor sensor, which delivers accurate measurements at any time. The battery-powered outdoor sensor (batteries not included) with 30 m transmission range transmits precise weather data such as temperature, humidity, moon phases and air pressure to the base station. On the display of the base station with LED backlight, these precise measured values are clearly structured. In addition, this station is equipped with a frost warning, which gives you a wake-up call at temperatures of -3° or below.
The weather station can be installed or suspended anywhere in the house with a fold-out stand or wall bracket. The outdoor sensor can also be mounted to the wall with the built-in mounting fixture. With the 3-day weather forecast, the display always shows you how the weather will be for the next 72 hours and you are perfectly prepared. With the history data view you can also view past weather data. The time and date are automatically set via a radio signal, so this information is correct at all times.
In addition, the weather station has a wake-up function, with which even two alarms can be set. For those who want to snooze a little further, there is the snooze function.
