The new BRESSER Wi-Fi colour Weather Station with a 5-in-1 professional sensor offers a wide range of data in a compact device. The advanced, multifunctional outdoor sensor is easy to mount with the supplied mounting accessories. The outdoor sensor transmits measurements for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation to the base station at a frequency of 868 MHz. The clearly structured 5.7" colour display on the base station also displays a range of historical data. It enables internal storage and evaluation of the measured data over a 24-hour period. Using the measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is indicated on the display by graphical symbols. You can also use the Wi-Fi function to access your local weather data via Weather Underground. The Wi-Fi function also enables Internet time synchronisation and firmware updates. There is a programmable alarm function for maximum and minimum values, which can emit an acoustic alarm and light signal if either value is reached. A special frost/ice warning alarm can also be configured for outdoor temperatures below -3 °C. A poor indoor climate can pose a particular health risk for children and the elderly. The BRESSER Wi-Fi colour weather station offers a smart feature to help tackle this. The indoor climate indicator uses symbols to visualise the current status of the indoor climate. And you don’t need to buy the whole product! This 5-in-1 external sensor is the perfect replacement part for your weather centre. It takes no time to install: Establish the power supply, take the mounting materials from the packaging and fit the wireless sensor at your preferred spot as normal. The existing base station will connect to the replacement external sensor automatically as normal. And if the two devices can’t find one another? You can manually intervene: Simply press the WiFi/SENSOR button on the base station and it will start to search for the new wireless sensor. Once connected, the local measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation will be transmitted via 868 MHz to your colour display. Built-in alarm The additional base station will help to give you a relaxing start to the day. It features a built-in alarm and a snooze button that silences the alarm to give you an extra few minutes in bed. The modern LCD colour display can be viewed from any angle and shows you all relevant weather data including a weather forecast to help you decide what to wear for the day. A pipe clamp and screws for the attachment of poles (pipe diameter of about 25-33 mm) is included. The 5-in-1 outdoor sensor reliably transfers all measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation rate to the base station. On the clearly structured display of the base station these values can be read and also stores history data. The latter allows the internal storage and evaluation of measured data over a period of 24 hours. From the collected measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, depicted by six graphic symbols on the display. For minimum and maximum values an individual alarm can be programmed, which gives an acoustic and a light signal when the defined value is reached. For outside temperatures of -3 °C and below a special alarm for frost/ice warning can additionally be activated. A poor indoor climate often involves health risks especially for children and the elderly. The BRESSER Weather Station 5-in-1 offers you a smart feature to deal with this. The indoor climate indicator informs steadily about the indoor climate with a symbol. Furthermore the BRESSER Weather Station 5-in-1 features a radio controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). A few minutes after switching the device on the current Central European Time (CET) and the date with weekday are displayed automatically. For the “moonstruckers” also the different phases of the moon are shown. An alarm function with snooze mode is also integrated.
