The BRESSER MikroCam SF cameras are perfect for capturing high-quality photos and videos through a microscope. They make documenting and sharing your observations with others easy. Thanks to the high frame rate of the MikroCam SF series, you can record smooth and fluid videos. The built-in Sony sensors deliver excellent image quality, vibrant colours, and impressive dynamic range. The included software supports multiple languages, including German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Turkish. The MikroCamLabII software offers a wide range of features. Essential settings like exposure time and sensitivity can be adjusted automatically or manually. One of the standout features is focus stacking, which increases depth of field, as well as tools for creating mosaics and panoramas. Both functions can be used with a pre-recorded image series or directly in live view. With live focus stacking (EDF), the MikroCamLabII software can produce razor-sharp images in just minutes. As you adjust the focus on your microscope, the software automatically builds a perfectly sharp final image—no extra steps needed. This allows you to achieve stunning, high-quality results in no time.  The built-in measurement function* helps you determine dimensions or overlay a scale. With just a few clicks, you can measure distances, angles, or areas. Advanced tools even allow for precise measurements of circles (including area and radius) and complex polygons. The BRESSER Biolux NV comes with a wide range of accessories and is an ideal beginners' microscope. A unique feature of these models, the Barlow zoom system is inside the eyepiece tubes: With the barlow lens the magnification can be  varied by a factor of 2 in visual observation. This feature, together with 3 objectives and 2 interchangeable wide field eyepieces gives a magnification range from 20x to 1280x. With the mechanical desk you can move your sample precisely even when observing at high magnifications. For optimal illumination a variable LED for transmitted and incident light together with a filter wheel gives the ideal light for all samples. Light from above is especially imortant to observe non transparent samples like leaves, small insects and much more. This makes microscopy for beginners very easy! The power is supplied by batteries (3x AA). A dust cover, 5 prepared slides and 5 blank slides and cover slips are included for making your own samples. With the included HD camera you can observe your samples on the computer screen, and capture images and video with the included Windows software. The BRESSER Photo Adapter 30.5 mm / C-Mount is designed to establish a connection between the 0.5x Reducing lens (Art.-No. 5914005) and the C-Mount MikroCam Adapter (Art.-No. 5942101). Thus a larger image field as well as a higher light intensity can be achieved with a MikroCam. In the microscope's basis, there are a transmitted light LED illuminator (3 W) as well as the power supply and the continuous adjustable dimmer for transmitted light. The trinocular head allows to mount a SLR camera or a USB microscope camera with an optional adapter. The inclination of the eyepiece tubes is 30°. The fluorescence attachment includes a special LED wheel with four different lamps (green, blue, violett, ultraviolett), a filter wheel and a radiation shield. The LED lamps produces the exciting radiation in order to get fluorescence. Fluorescence microscopy is done e. g. in biology, medicine, microchemistry, geology, semiconductor production and environmental protection. The Science ADL 601F LED is an instrument with an excellent value for money.
