The BRESSER dark field condenser dry (Infitiy/TFM) directs the light to the side of the specimen. It increases the contrast of the specimen considerably, especially with highly transparent specimens. This type of illumination makes the observed object appear bright, against an almost black background. In this way, structures can be detected that are hardly visible in the bright field. The dark field condenser dry (Infitiy/TFM) is suitable for lenses that do not require oil immersion. The New BRESSER Science Infinity is the new top of the range of the biology microscope series by BRESSER. It is based on infinitely corrected planachromatic objective lenses with superb image quality. Because of the modern design and optics the installation of accessories is very simple and one has many options. The WF 10x eyepieces offer a large visual field of 22mm and are also suitable for spectacle wearers. For protection purposes the eyepieces are rubber coated. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from ca. 55mm to 75mm. Dioptre adjustments are possible with both eyepieces.The bright and durable LED illumination is dimmable and also very practical for darkfield microscopy*.The Full Köhler illumination is adjustable with the built-in luminous-field diaphragm and the vertically and horizontally adjustable Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25, with iris diaphragm). The Bresser cover slips have a size of 22 x22 mm and a thickness range from 0,13 – 0,17 mm. They are used to cover the sample on the slide. A thin and even sample is necessary for observations with high magnification. These cover slips are designed to work with all objectives that have the thickness of 0,17 mm included in their optical design. Usually you find this number printed on the objective. The plan correction ensures an smooth image field (no refocusing between the center and edge of the image field). Therefore especially recommended for photographic applications.
