A spiral bulb with a daylight colour temperature of 5500K. This bulb fits to a standard E27 thread and is recommended for the continuous use in the studio. The light yield is 5 times larger than the light yield of a normal bulb. Besides, this spiral bulb is more energy-saving, lasts longer and doesn't get so warm.
