The BRESSER JM-79 is an joint extension arm made of metal. On both ends there is a spigot adapter so that the extension arm can e.g. be mounted onto a light stand and on the other side a studio lamp or flash can be attached. The joints are movable which allows to use the extension arm even more flexibly.
