This beauty dish of 40.5 cm has a mat silver inside wall. Thanks to the parable effect of the dish, the bundle of light is sent to a focal point. The effect of a beauty dish lies between the lighting of a softbox and the direct lighting. It provides the object a more high-contrast and thereby a more accentuate effect. The extra inner diffuser of the modelling lamp and the flashtube can be removed for a stronger direct effect. You can place a honeycomb/ grid in front of that for a more bundled light effect. Highly recommended for the portrait photography.
