Having control over the light is very important in the studio photography.
This optical snoot made of aluminium allows you to accurately direct and creatively use light and effects. The lens system of the snoot can be switched to "wide" or "small", which enables you to judge the final result quickly. The snoot can be used for example for hair light at portrait shots. The light is very rich in contrast and intensifies the glamour effect on you picture.
Metal effect plates can be inserted into the slide-in opening at the top of the housing (available at Lee Filters, but you can also do it yourself). You can e.g. cut out little stars, hearts, circles and project them onto the background. Just let you creativity fly!
Effect and colour filters can be inserted into the holder in front of the lens. It is recommended to use the optical snoot with a modelling lamp of up to 100 W.
