The new BRESSER NANO AZ telescopic mount has been developed to ensure quick and easy operation. The mount is as easy to use as a photo tripod, it is just more stable and easily carries telescopes weighing up to 4 kg. The mount can be easily swivelled by hand to the left, right, up and down, making it really easy to use and with a weight of only 3.4kg, the mount is also easy to transport. Ideal for the easy entry, as a travel mount or for quick observations. The telescopes are securely held by a clamp for 44mm prism rails, the so-called GP Level. This is an international manufacturer-independent standard, whereby all telescopes with such a GP prism rail can be installed on this mount. Every eyepiece is equipped with a foldable rubber eyecup to avoid straylight from the sides and the inner eyepiece shaft is carefully blackened as well. Housing and eyepiece shaft are completely made from metal - no plastic is used. Filter thread for use with colour- and nebular filters is also available.

The BRESSER NANO is a light-to-medium-duty alt-azimuth mount with tripod designed to quickly and easily accept small to medium sized refractors, such as the AR-90s, AR-102s, AR-102xs and the ED-80 APO. Lightweight, fast Newtonians will also match up nicely with the BRESSER NANO AZ mount. As long as your telescope does not exceed 8 pounds and has a Vixen-Style Universal Dovetail bar for mounting the telescope to the mount head, you are good to go.
The stainless steel tripod that comes standard with the BRESSER NANO AZ mount has adjustable legs and a wide foot print, which makes the tripod more stable. Spreader vanes with an acessory tray locks against the inside of the legs to secure the tripod even further, and keep vibrations to a minimum. Do you want to capture what you see ? With the included smartphone holder bracket you can use your smartphone to easily take colour pictures of celestial objects - like through a telephoto lens ! The BRESSER Messier 6'' dobsonian is simply a breakthrough. Despite of its low price this telesccope offers a versatility and quality rivaling a lot more expensive telecopes. Not only for beginners - also enthusiastic and experienced amateur astronomers love this high perfomance and compact telescope for traveling and to discover the night sky. The main goal of this telescope is the quick setup and the ease of use. Simply put the Messier 6'' Dobson telescope on a table in your backyard, point the telescope to your target object and you are ready to start your observation. The Messier 6'' Dobson is almost pre-assembled ex factory which means you can start within minutes. With the included standard accessories (LED-finder, 25mm and 9mm Kellner eyepieces and Moonfilter) the telescope is ready for observing. The inbuild compass and circular level speeds up the telescopes orientation. The optical diameter of 150mm (6'') does not restrict your observations on solar system objects like the moon or the planets - you can reach farther into the sky and explore globular and open clusters, nebulae and galaxies. Finding and observing is much easier with that light gathering richfield telescope. Bresser also has equipped these dobsonians with a high quality parabolic main mirror which offers a much better scharpness and contrast than other telescopes with a simple spherical main mirror. In addition, this telescope has a particularly large secondary mirror of 55mm in diametre for ideal illumination of the image field.
The 6'' Dobsonian is also equipped with a large 2.0'' focuser, which allows the use of 2.0'' eyepieces with even larger fields of view. Due to the included eyepiece adapter 2'' to 1.25'', all 1.25'' eyepieces can of course be used.
The optical tube can easily be moved inside the tube rings in order to find the optimal balance and observing position. This is another virtue of this highly versatile telescope system: Remove the optical tube from the dobsonian telescope mount and use the optics on a equatorial mount - in minutes. This telescope is setting a new standard in usability, versatility and performance in its price class.Please note: Reflector telescopes with optical design “Newton” are very good for astronomical observing at the starry night sky. But these telescopes are not well usable for observing landscape and nature during daylight. Therefore we suggest BRESSER refractor (lens) telescopes for landscape and nature observing.
