The phase contrast set contains four different irises, four different phase contrast objectives (10x, 20x, 40x, 100x oil) and a green color filter. A collimating eyepiece allows easy aligning. This method is especially suitable for non-stained, low contrast samples (epithelium cells, amoeba, white blood cells) and will also help with visibility of bacteria. Therefore it is used in cell culture and life science where color staining cannot be used. One position of the filter holder is free. The New BRESSER Science Infinity is the new top of the range of the biology microscope series by BRESSER. It is based on infinitely corrected planachromatic objective lenses with superb image quality. Because of the modern design and optics the installation of accessories is very simple and one has many options. The WF 10x eyepieces offer a large visual field of 22mm and are also suitable for spectacle wearers. For protection purposes the eyepieces are rubber coated. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from ca. 55mm to 75mm. Dioptre adjustments are possible with both eyepieces.The bright and durable LED illumination is dimmable and also very practical for darkfield microscopy*.The Full Köhler illumination is adjustable with the built-in luminous-field diaphragm and the vertically and horizontally adjustable Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25, with iris diaphragm). A PC or laptop is not required for operating the camera; you can simply connect the MicroCam MINI Full HD HDMI to an existing monitor, TV, projector, or smartboard. This makes it ideal for use in the classroom. Alternatively, a small monitor from BRESSER can also be mounted directly on the camera (see item no. 5914120).The connection via HDMI is easy to make, and the camera is ready for use immediately. No software installation, PC setup, etc. is necessary. Through lossless data transmission, very good image quality is achieved, and the image is always displayed with a consistently high frame rate of 60 fps and without delay. This is particularly advantageous when a microscope workstation, for example in quality control or production, needs to be digitized.To control the camera, the included USB mouse is connected. The large image sensor (14.13 x 7.45 mm) provides a very large field of view.The very high light sensitivity of the Sony® IMX305 CMOS sensor enables excellent image quality even in dark field or phase contrast.The BRESSER MikroCam Lab II software offers a variety of functions, such as measurement in live view (calibration specimen required), mosaic creation, focus stacking (for increased depth of field). Furthermore, almost all automatic functions (exposure time, sensitivity, white balance, etc.) can also be set manually.The functions: mosaic and focus stacking (EDF) can be generated directly from the live view. This can save a lot of time.Even if you are not a professional, you can achieve quick success. In the microscope's basis, there are a transmitted light LED illuminator (3 W) as well as the power supply and the continuous adjustable dimmer for transmitted light. The trinocular head allows to mount a SLR camera or a USB microscope camera with an optional adapter. The inclination of the eyepiece tubes is 30°. The fluorescence attachment includes a special LED wheel with four different lamps (green, blue, violett, ultraviolett), a filter wheel and a radiation shield. The LED lamps produces the exciting radiation in order to get fluorescence. Fluorescence microscopy is done e. g. in biology, medicine, microchemistry, geology, semiconductor production and environmental protection. The Science ADL 601F LED is an instrument with an excellent value for money.
