BRESSER Microscope Science TRM 301 with MikroCam PRO HDMI 5MP camera and HDMI screen (13.3")
This high-quality combination set, consisting of the professional Science TRM-301 microscope, the powerful MikroCam PRO HDMI 5MP, and the matching 13.3" HDMI monitor, offers a complete solution for modern laboratory use and impressive presentations. It combines precise microscopy with crystal-clear live image transmission – ideal for research, teaching, and demonstrations. The Microscope in DetailThe BRESSER Science TRM-301 is a trinocular transmitted light microscope of top class: Excellent image reproduction, good ergonomics, high stability, and an appealing design characterize it. As a fully usable laboratory microscope, it finds wide applications in medicine, biology, agriculture, and industry. It is also highly recommended for the dedicated hobby microscopist as a ''microscope for life''.A particularly important feature of the TRM-301 is its ability for so-called Köhler illumination. Through this optimal specimen illumination, which is exceptionally bright, cool (specimen-friendly), uniform, glare-free, and high-contrast, the performance of the microscope optics is fully utilized. It therefore represents the standard in scientific work and microphotography. The Köhler illumination is adjustable with the fixed built-in field diaphragm and the height-adjustable and centering Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm).Of course, the TRM-301 also features the other typical equipment for high-quality microscopes: with a cross stage that moves both horizontally and vertically with Nonius scales, ergonomic coaxial focusing drives (the fine drive achieves 200 µm/revolution), stepless lamp dimmer, plan achromatic objectives (4x, 10x, 40x, 100x-oil spring), 10x wide field eyepieces (in 30° inclined eyepiece tubes), inter-pupillary distance and diopter adjustment, as well as a photo tube.FEATURES OF THE MICROSCOPETransmitted light microscopeType of head: TrinocularMagnification: 40x - 1000x2 eyepieces: both WF 10x (23mm)4 objectives: 4x, 10x, 40x, 100x oilType of objectives: Plan achromaticCondenser: Abbe N.A. 1.25Illumination: 12V/30W halogen with dimmerSCOPE OF DELIVERY OF THE MICROSCOPEMicroscope2x eyepiece4x objectivecoaxial cross stage with Nonius adjustmentImmersion oilDust coverPower supply 12V, 4AThe Microscope Camera in DetailThe BRESSER MikroCam PRO HDMI 5MP impresses with its excellent image quality while also being user-friendly. It delivers the microscope image live and without delay as an HDMI signal with Full HD resolution to a monitor or TV. An optional 11'' HDMI monitor (Art. No. 5914110) can be directly mounted on the camera and provides brilliant and high-contrast images. For high-resolution micro photos, this camera features a high-quality Sony 5MP sensor, allowing images and videos to be saved on an SD card with higher resolution than Full HD.The operation of the camera functions is done via mouse directly on the screen menu. Through the screen menu, measurements can now also be performed, turning your microscope with the MikroCam Pro HDMI 5MP into a fully-fledged digital measuring microscope.Additionally, the camera can also provide the microscope view in a wireless network via WiFi module. However, a connection to the PC via USB is no longer provided for this model. For this, we recommend the MikroCam Pro HDMI model 5914180.The professional software MikroCamLabII is still included, allowing images to be edited and evaluated later with the software.Software for image evaluation included in the following languages(no direct image capture via USB possible)GermanEnglishFrenchPolishTurkishIndonesianJapaneseSimplified ChineseTraditional ChineseThe software features numerous functions for image processingMeasurement function (additional object micrometer required, e.g., Bresser article no. 5916720): lengths, angles, areas (polygons, circles, ellipses)Image stacking from video filesFluorescence microscopy: data for numerous fluorophores are stored in the softwareBatch savingHDR (High Dynamic Range)FEATURES OF THE MICROSCOPE CAMERAHDMI connection for monitor or TVBrilliant image reproduction in Full HD via HDMI (60 frames/sec) or WiFi (up to 25 frames/sec)Measurement function via screen menu (object micrometer Art. The screen delivers brilliant images without artifacts, as the display has the same resolution as the output image of the camera. With the set of MikroCam and HDMI display, almost any trinocular microscope with camera connection can be upgraded to a digital microscope. This allows observation independently of a PC.The size of the display is optimally chosen so that the microscope user can microscope as usual and view the image simultaneously on the monitor. The display provides optimal image quality with a large viewing angle of 178°! Thus, several people can also view the image without loss of quality. The image from the microscope camera is displayed on the HDMI screen always without delay and with a high refresh rate of 60 FPS. The representation via HDMI microscope camera on an HDMI monitor is therefore usually of better quality than using a USB camera on a laptop or PC. This is particularly advantageous when work under microscopic control is to be carried out. Many users also benefit from improved ergonomics when the image can be viewed on the HDMI display. Especially higher magnifications with their high numerical aperture are uncomfortable for eye problems such as floaters. Digital viewing can provide relief here. The display can be powered with the included Y-cable using the same power supply as the camera. A suitable, short, angled HDMI cable is also included, so that cable clutter at the workplace is avoided. The mounting on a MikroCam PRO or MINI is done with two screws. This makes it possible to capture even large fields of view. Depending on the microscope model, the entire eyepiece field of view can be documented with this camera (for a 10x / 22 mm eyepiece). Other cameras often capture less than 50% of the eyepiece field of view. The Sony IMX183 CMOS sensor combines high light sensitivity with extremely low noise, making this camera ideally suited for dark field or phase contrast imaging. The MikroCam Lab II software offers a wide range of functions, such as measurement in live view (calibration slide required), mosaic image creation, and focus stacking (for increased depth of field). All automatic functions (exposure time, sensitivity, white balance, etc.) can also be set manually. Due to the large sensor, the camera is not optimally suited for every microscope. This may result in vignetting (edge shading). In most cases, this shading can be corrected with a 1x optic (Art. No. 5914001) screwed into the camera. This camera is not designed for the trinocular tube of the ETD-201. With this microscope, only a small part of the field of view can be used.
