How Temperature Measurement Helps Save Energy
Did you know? Lowering the room temperature by just 1 degree can save up to 6 percent of energy. It's worth paying close attention when heating. With the integrated thermometer in our weather stations and thermo-hygrometers, you can always keep an eye on the current room temperature – allowing you to adjust your heating habits to save energy. Has the temperature reached a level that's comfortable for you? Then the thermostat can be turned down a bit to maintain the room temperature and save money.
Practical everyday helpers: Some models also offer a high-low temperature alarm that alerts you with a sound when your individually set temperatures are reached. The BRESSER MyTime Jumbo LCD weather wall clock is the ideal weather wall clock for the office or other large rooms. With its 9 cm high numbers the time can easily be read even from a greater distance and from almost any position in the room.
The setting of the time as well as the change to daylight saving time is done automatically via the DCF time signal (CET). Apart from that with the weather wall clock you can also always keep an eye on the temperature and humidity and you even get a weather forecast for the following 12 to 24 hours.

In addition to displaying the measurements from the outdoor sensor, the base station also features a number of other useful functions for keeping track of the weather.
