It is useful for a large variety of BRESSER binoculars* as well as BRESSER spotting scopes up to the weight of 1.000 g. With the convenient adjustment handle the tripod head can be moved vertically and horizontally; it also can be fastened to provide a steady image for observations. The high quality BRESSER Condor series are extremely versatile binoculars - waterproof, nitrogen-filled and handy. With the rotatable and lockable eyecups you can adjust the eye distance for the observation with and without glasses; a dioptric correction is standard. All models feature BaK-4 prisms with the special UR coating that brings even more light to your eye. All lenses are fully multilayer coated. In addition, the eyepieces and focus wheel are made of sturdy metal.
This version of 8x42 and 10x42 lenses are with higher light gathering power. They offer a brighter picture, especially in the beginning twilight than other models with 42mm opening. Thanks to the opening of 42mm and the not too large housing, the 8x42 and 10x42 binoculars are the perfect companion in many situations including hiking or in the woods. astronomy and maritime use, e.g. sailing and water sports enthusiasts. Robust and weatherproof per IPX6 levelThanks to their ergonomic rubber armouring, these binoculars fit securely in the hand and are also well protected against shocks and bumps. The binoculars are waterproof and filled with nitrogen. This effectively prevents fogging of the lenses, even in unfavourable weather conditions. Lightweight with tripod connection threadThe robust, yet very light construction is made possible by the most modern magnesium housing construction. Magnesium is around 35% lighter than aluminium. Due to the moderate 10x magnification and the low weight, these 10x50s are also very well suited for hands-free use. Nevertheless, there is a tripod connection thread on the centre axis. This means that the ASTRO & MARINE model can also be mounted securely on a photo tripod using the tripod adapter (Art.4914925) which is included as part of the package.
Although this is not absolutely necessary with a magnification of 10x,
