As with the premium allround binoculars of the BRESSER Pirsch series the Pirsch ED Series they are suitable for many situations, whether on vacation, travelling or hiking.
Our Pirsch ED binoculars are equipped with the latest phase coating and allow the image to be more contrasting and high-resolution. In addition, these binoculars are equipped with the high-performance ED glass, which makes the colors even more radiant and the picture still more colorful. Color fringes are prevented by the special high-performance ED glass, reinforced by the high-quality fully multi coating. The combination of the built-in Barium-Kron glass material and the Dielectric coating on the prisms makes the picture even brighter and clearer, even at twilight. They have TwistUp eyecups to enable spectacle wearers to also enjoy the full field of view, adjustable in 2 steps they also support the view without glasses. The full rubber armouring, provides a good grip when handling. All Pirsch ED models are equipped with a wide, very comfortable carrying strap. Image sharpness, distortions and blur:
The extremely low blur at the image edges is an absolute highlight with these Bresser binoculars and I did not notice any distortions in the image such as image bulges.
Conclusion:
In my experience and after comparing them with my comparative binoculars, I would rate the view through these Bresser binoculars as very good for a mid-range 10x42 binocular and they can compete well with some higher end, more expensive products. I would rate the overall image sharpness as good compared to an Alpha level unit and very good compared to units in its class.
