BRESSER Stereo Microscope Advance ICD 10x-160x Zoom with MikroCamII 20 MP 1'' Microscope Camera
Professional complete set for precise analyses and high-resolution image results: This powerful set combines the high-quality Advance ICD stereo microscope with the modern MikroCamII 20MP camera and a 1x reduction lens. It is ideal for fine detail observations and high-resolution images, ensuring reliable documentation of your results. The Microscope in DetailThe BRESSER Advance ICD is suitable as a zoom stereo loupe for a wide range of observations. Objects appear three-dimensional and lifelike due to the Greenough design with two inclined objectives. The 3D image also makes working with tools (e.g. preparing, dissecting, soldering) much easier. The zoom allows stepless adjustment of magnification with a zoom factor of 4.0 (1x-4x). Only minimal refocusing is needed when zooming. For this, the Advance ICD has a coaxial focus drive with coarse and fine adjustment. This allows particularly sensitive focusing at high magnifications or for photography. The fine focus is also a great aid for focus stacking, e.g. with our MikroCam cameras (optional). The interpupillary distance is individually adjustable. Both eyepiece holders have a dioptre adjustment, allowing differences in visual acuity of up to approx. 8 dpt between the left and right eye to be compensated. The 10x widefield eyepieces with a field number of 22 are equipped with removable rubber eyecups. The microscope head can be adjusted very far in height on the stand rod, allowing observation of very large objects up to approx. 22 cm in height. The bright LED incident illumination is tilt-adjustable. The particularly even and bright LED transmitted illumination provides a homogeneous background for transmitted light specimens. The illumination can be switched separately, so incident and transmitted light can be used separately or together depending on the sample type. Brightness is conveniently controlled with the dimmer. The bright LED illumination produces no heat, so living samples can be safely observed over a longer period. A low-power 5V power adapter (with Euro and UK adapters) is used to power the long-lasting LED illumination. The power cable has a USB connector on one side. The Advance ICD can be used in many ways due to its wide magnification range. In addition to the included 2x auxiliary lens, further additional objectives are available, allowing you to vary and adapt the magnification range, working distance, and depth of field even further to your requirements. These magnifications are possible in the basic configuration:10x eyepieces: 10x - 40x10x eyepieces plus 2x auxiliary lens: 20x - 80x20x eyepieces: 20x - 80x20x eyepieces plus 2x auxiliary lens: 80x - 160x(further magnifications possible with optional additional objectives or eyepiece magnifications)The third tube is designed for camera connection. A switch diverts the image from the left objective to the camera tube. Various adapters and reduction optics are available for C-mount cameras and DSLR or system cameras, so practically all cameras with removable lenses can be connected. This allows large image fields to be captured. Depending on the microscope model, the entire eyepiece field of view can be documented with this camera (for a 10x / 22mm eyepiece). Other cameras often capture less than 50% of the eyepiece image field. The Sony IMX183 CMOS sensor has extremely low noise at high light sensitivity, making this camera also excellent for darkfield or phase contrast imaging. The MikroCam Lab II software offers a variety of functions, such as measurement in live image (calibration slide required), mosaic image creation, focus stacking (for increased depth of field). All automatic functions (exposure time, sensitivity, white balance, etc.) can also be set manually. Due to the large sensor, the camera is not optimal for every microscope. Vignetting may occur in some cases. This shading is usually corrected by a 1x optic (item no. 5914001), which is screwed into the camera. This camera is not designed for the trinocular tube of the ETD-201. Only a small part of the image field can be used with this microscope.
