The BRESSER T-REX² 3D printer is an IDEX printer with great flexibility. With two extruders, independent on the Y-axis, the autonomous left-right shift allows the printing of the most diverse and complex models. Two-colour prints or geometries can easily be created using different materials (support materials). Special support materials can be easily removed or dissolved with water after printing. Another advantage is the simultaneous printing of two objects. Thanks to the independent dual extruders, two identical shapes can be printed simultaneously in duplicate mode, saving you valuable time. In Mirror mode, two mirrored objects can be printed simultaneously.
The extruders produce a perfect surface quality. They can heat up to 240°C, which allows a large number of different filaments to be processed. The nozzles (size 0.4 mm) are screwed together and therefore easily exchangeable. The printing speed of the printer is between 10 and 100 mm/s depending on the material. Both extruders alternate during printing, the anti-scrape design prevents oozing. Thus, no material residues from the resting extruder can falsify the printing result.
The BRESSER T-REX² is delivered pre-assembled. The extruder, the Anti-Oozing plate and the spool holders can easily be attached. You can start with your printing experience in no time. The BRESSER T-REX 2 consists of a solid metal frame with a robust Z-axis for maximum precision and stability. The installation space is closed, so materials like PLA, Pearl PLA, PVA, ABS, ABS Pro and HIPS can be used without any problems. Especially products with ABS can be printed much more efficiently without distortion. For printing with PLA, the cover of the printer can be removed.
The size of the built space is 200 x 148 x 150 mm. In Mirror Mode the size is 80 x 148 x 150 mm and in Duplicate Mode the size is 95 x 148 x 150 mm. The BRESSER T-REX² 3D printer can be controlled by the slicing software REXPrint, which is available for free download. The print data is transferred either by USB cable or by means of an SD card. All settings can be made via the touch screen to achieve optimum print products.
