Temperature and humidity readings are taken by the built-in thermo-hygro sensor on the base station, as well as by the external wireless sensor. The base station features an intuitive touchscreen that gives you quick access to the alarm function, max/min display and other settings. Feature-packed weather station with external sensor The weather station also comes with a wireless sensor, which can be placed in your garden or on your balcony to measure the outdoor temperature and humidity. Based on these readings, the weather station automatically calculates the heat index and dew point. The outdoor sensor can also be used indoors to monitor the indoor temperature and humidity in an additional room. The onscreen comfort indicator gives you an indication of how comfortable the indoor conditions are based on the humidity readings, and also displays the risk of mould (high, medium, low or none). What’s more, the weather station can be expanded with up to two additional thermo-hygro sensors (see BRESSER accessories). This BRESSER Weather Station ClimaTemp TB has a clearly arranged colour display, which is divided into 4 areas.On the right side the measured values for inside and outside are displayed. So you always have temperature and humidity in view.The weather forecast for the next 12 hours is calculated by the measured values and is displayed graphically in the upper left corner. Six different kind of weather conditions can be displayed.Of course the current time, which is transmitted by DCF radio signal, the date, the day of the week and phase of the moon are also displayed. Furthermore, you can set two alarm times and activate the snooze after the alarm rings by pressing the button.The weather station can be powered by batteries or with the included AC/DC adapter.
