Warning notes
  • General safety instructions DANGER Risk of eye injuries! Never look directly at the sun or near the sun through this device. There is a risk of blindness! Children should only use the device under supervision. Keep packaging materials (plastic bags, rubber bands, etc.) away from children! There is a risk of suffocation! FIRE HAZARD! Do not expose the device – especially the lenses – to direct sunlight! The light concentration could cause fires. RISK of material damage! Do not dismantle the device! In case of a defect, please contact your dealer. They will contact the service center and may send the device in for repair. Do not expose the device to temperatures above 60°C!
  • Never look at the sun through an eyepiece/telescope without a certified protection filter. A moon filter can never be used for solar observation. The moon filter is only suitable for moon observation. The solar filter must be mounted in front of the telescope opening, not at the eyepiece. Otherwise, the concentrated light beam through the optics will immediately destroy the filter foil, leading to severe eye damage, including permanent blindness.
  • Never leave the optics unattended. Children and inexperienced adults could point the telescope at the sun without proper precautions and lose their eyesight.
  • Do not expose the device to high temperatures.

BRESSER MeteoChamp 7-in-1 HD Wi-Fi Weather Station with Various Display Modes
What is the weather doing? The BRESSER MeteoChamp 7-in-1 HD Wi-Fi Weather Station will show you everything that you need to answer this question. The dynamic 17.8 cm (7-inch) HD TFT colour screen displays the measurements from the two included sensors in a range of different display modes. With a simple button press, you can view the weather data that you need: the home screen with the basic data and a reliable weather forecast, the detailed view with more data including maximum and minimum values and trends, or the overview screen with the temperature and air pressure. And for passionate weather enthusiasts, the Wi-Fi weather station can also display historical data. The data protocol delivers detailed measurements at intervals of 5, 10 or 30 minutes – all of which can be exported via USB for further analysis on your PC. All max/min values for the past day can also be displayed on the Wi-Fi weather station with a simple button press. You can also view a history graph to analyse the recent trends in the weather. Solar weather station with 7-in-1 sensor and thermo-hygro wireless sensor The MeteoChamp Weather Station comes with two feature-packed outdoor sensors: one 7-in-1 sensor and one wireless thermo-hygro sensor.The 7-in-1 wireless sensor reliably measures the outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV level and light intensity. And what’s more, this multi-sensor with a large solar panel is powered by solar power. The measuring device needs about 4 hours of direct sunlight (100,000 lux) a day. There isn’t much sun around? Simply insert 3 AA batteries as a back-up during installation and they will take care of the power supply. The thermo-hygro wireless sensor is responsible for indoors. Because the climate there influences our well-being just as much as it does outside. That's why in addition to the built-in hygro-thermo sensor inside the base station this wireless thermo-hygro sensor measures the indoor temperature and humidity in an additional room. This way you can check in a flash whether the air in the bathroom is dry enough or the temperature in the children's room is pleasant - and give mould as well as excessively dry air no chance. Perfectly networked – share measurements from your Wi-Fi weather station In the age of the Internet, we want to be able to access our local weather data remotely and share it with others. The solar weather station comes with a Wi-Fi function that allows you to do just that – on up to 3 weather platforms. The Wi-Fi weather station features native support for the popular weather services ProWeatherLive, Weather Underground and Weathercloud, which can be configured in a few simple steps. If you prefer to use another platform such as the German-language portal AWEKAS, you can also connect your weather station to your desired provider. And if you have a smart home, the Wi-Fi weather station can be connected directly to your smart home system with our partner AWEKAS. For more information, visit the following link: https://www.awekas.at/for2/index.php?thread/17080-software-api-stations-api-beschreibung-beta/ The weather station also has another smart feature to ensure that you have plenty of time to get ready on frosty mornings: an ice/frost alarm. This makes the built-in alarm go off 30 minutes earlier when the outdoor temperature drops below -3 °C. The solar weather station also has an individually configurable weather alarm, which notifies you when the wind speed, rainfall or other readings exceed or drop below your preset limits. Keep track of the weather with the comprehensive measurements and display options on the BRESSER MeteoChamp 7-in-1 HD Wi-Fi Weather Station. BASE STATION FEATURES Large 17.8 cm (7-inch) HD TFT colour display with various display modes Multi-channel overviews for displaying all live data from the wireless sensors Publish your weather data via Wi-Fi on up to 3 weather platforms (ProWeatherLive, Weather Underground, Weathercloud / 1 additional user-defined platform) Displays precise measurement data from the 7-in-1 outdoor sensor (Outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV level and light intensity) Displays precise measurement data from the thermo-hygro sensor (temperature and humidity) Measures the indoor temperature and humidity Displays the graphical weather trend (last 24 hours) Weather forecast Beaufort scale display (scale for classifying the wind speed) Air pressure Weather index (perceived outdoor temperature, dewpoint, windchill factor and heat index) Maximum/minimum value memory Trend display for all temperature and humidity measurements Historical data log, exportable to USB drive (not included) Individually configurable weather alarm for different measurements Weather data calibration Synchronization with Internet UTC time with time zone selection Displays the time, calendar, day of the week, moon phase, sunrise/moonrise, sunset/moonset times Built-in alarm with ice/frost alarm Choose between dark or light display Adjustable display brightness and contrast, day, auto dim and night modes (on/off time can be set individually) 7 selectable display languages (EN, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, CZE) Supports OTA firmware updates (Wi-Fi) and USB firmware updates (system) Supports up to 5 additional sensors (not included, see accessories) Mounting options: Can be placed on tabletop with built-in stand or wall-mounted Power supply: Power adapter (included), CR2032 backup battery (not included) Dimensions: 192 x 22 x 140 mm / Weight: 380 g Good to know: The sensor pairs with multiple base stations at once – perfect if you want to keep an eye on conditions in different rooms. EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC 68° Ar Eyepiece 24mm (1,25")
With the introduction of the 68° Series we are pleased to make two important improvements in eyepiece manufacture, the first being 15 layer Enhanced Multi-layer Deposition (EMD™) coatings on all glass-to-air surfaces to gain maximum contrast, and waterproofing the eyepiece with the use of Argon gas purging instead of standard Nitrogen gas. Although Nitrogen is a fine choice that will last for many years, Argon is a larger molecule that maintains its protective properties over a wider range of temperatures, and is even more resistant to diffusion thereby further extending the protective waterproof environment of the eyepiece body. Through computer-optimized design, a careful selection of optical glasses, and enhanced multi-layer deposition coatings, the Explore Scientific 68° Series™ eyepieces produce long eye-relief and ensure high image-correction, a flat field, and high contrast across the entire image field. An excellent choice for those who make extended visual studies of detail with subtle variations of brightness, and for those who must wear glasses while observing. All 68° Series eyepieces are fully EMD (Enhanced Multi-Layer Deposition) coated and edge-blackened to produce superior contrast.

BRESSER Messier 12" Dobson Telescope
The new BRESSER Messier 12" Dobson enhances this well-liked telescope series while providing great portability due to its lightweight fibreglass telescope tube. Despite its low price, it offers a variety of functions as well as quality that you would not find in considerably more expensive devices. Thanks to the powerful telescope aperture of 305 mm, you get significantly more light-gathering capacity than with the smaller models and are therefore not limited to observing the moon and the planets of our solar system - you can already look far out into the universe and observe globular clusters, nebulae and galaxies with even greater brightness. Details become visible in most deep-sky objects: globular clusters are clearly resolved into individual stars and gas nebulae, which can only be guessed at with smaller devices, show structure. The device is unrivalled in its versatility: The excellent large Hexafoc focuser has an aperture of 65 mm - so there is no noticeable obstruction from the focuser tube even with large wide-field eyepieces. Thanks to the large altitude wheels, even these heavier eyepieces are held effortlessly. And if a particularly large number of accessories is attached, such as a binocular attachment, then the entire tube can be moved inside the tube clamps - and everything is balanced again in a flash. The unrivalled rigidity of the focuser makes focusing easy - so photography with this tube is also possible. This is another strength of this universal telescope: if you want to take photos, you can simply unscrew the altitude wheels from the tube and attach it to an equatorial mount using a dovetail bar - so there's nothing standing in the way of astrophotography. An optional 10:1 gear reduction for the focuser is available for the highest demands. Considering that the focuser is the most frequently used part of the telescope, the use of the Hexafoc in this device is a quantum leap for this price range. With the initial equipment, you can start observing immediately - a 6x30 finder and a 25 mm SPL eyepiece are included in the scope of delivery. Various other viewfinder types can also be retrofitted using the 2 new hybrid viewfinder shoes (Art. 0620158) supplied as standard. In addition, the new 12" BRESSER Messier makes it easy to transport the device as compactly as possible - the rocker box can be dismantled in a few simple steps because the parts are assembled with metal quick-release connectors. This quickly turns a bulky rocker box into a handy flat package of individual parts. A telescope whose versatility, performance and user-friendliness set new standards in this price class. Includes a high-quality objective solar filter for safe observation of sunspots, eclipses and planetary transits. A BRESSER premium telescope for night and solar observation. NOTE: Please note that "Newtonian" reflector telescopes are very good for astronomical observations in the starry sky, but are not well suited for nature and landscape observations during the day. We therefore recommend BRESSER refracting telescopes for nature and landscape observations. FEATURESType: Reflector telescope Telescope for night and solar observation Lightweight but very stable GRP telescope tubePrimary mirror diameter: 12" (305 mm) parabolic main mirror Focal length: 1,525 mm Aperture ratio: f/5 Maximum useful magnification: 610x Theor. resolving power: 0.45 arcseconds Easy to balance the tube by sliding it inside the tube rings Visual limiting magnitude: 14.5 mag Tube: GRP tube with adjustable tube rings and aluminium altitude bearings Focuser: 2.5" HEXAFOC focuser with 2" and 1 1/4" adapter Shifting-free focusing even with heavy accessories Secondary mirror bracket: very thin 4-arm steel spider Tube rings and altitude wheels made from aluminumDifferent sized adjustment and counter screws on the mirror cell Use of the optics also on EQ mounts (with optional dovetail bar) Mount: Dobsonian system Dismantlable rocker box Accessory tray for one 2" and two 1 1/4" eyepieces, mounted on the front side Eyepiece: BRESSER Super Plössl 25 mm (1 1/4") Viewfinder: 6x30 viewfinderHybrid viewfinder shoes (Art. 0620158) included (2 pcs)Tube weight without accessories: 16 kgTube weight with accessories: 18.9 kg Rocker box weight: 14.8 kg Total weight: 33.7 kg Overall dimensions: 60 x 60 x 163 cm SCOPE OF DELIVERY Tube with Newtonian optics Aperture solar filter 6x30 viewfinder Hybrid viewfinder shoes (2 pcs)25 mm Super-Plössl eyepiece (Ø 31.7 mm / 1.25") 1 extension tube 37.5 mm for 2.5" Hexafoc 1 eyepiece adapter Ø 31.7 to 50.8 mm 2 tube rings 2 altitude wheels Rocker box with 2 base plates and mounting material (disassembled for self-assembly) Shipping dimensions Box 1: 150 x 53 x 50 cm - 24 kg Shipping dimensions Box 2: 61 x 61 x 24 cm - 17 kg
