EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC TELRAD Projection Finder Scope with base
The TELRAD viewfinder is a projection finder that can be installed on any telescope and makes it child's play to align the telescope with the starry sky.The TELRAD viewfinder is a practical alternative to classic optical viewfinders and illuminated red dot viewfinders. You can see the complete starry sky without magnification, and not just a small section as with a normal optical viewfinder. Against this background of the starry sky, three red luminous concentric rings are projected, with apparent diameters of 4 degrees, 2° and 0.5° in the sky. Move the telescope so that the object you are looking for is in the inner ring, and the telescope points in the right direction. Because the object you are looking for is inside the ring, it will not be irradiated like a normal illuminated red dot finder. The base of the TELRAD viewfinder is self-adhesive and can be mounted on all telescopic tubes from about 10cm diameter. The length of the base is about 18cm. This base remains on the telescopic tube, the TELRAD viewfinder itself can be removed or attached at any time by means of the attached quick coupling. The TELRAD is powered by two normal AA batteries (not included). There are star atlases, like the "Deep Sky Travel Atlas" from Oculum-Verlag, and planetarium programs for the PC, like the program "Stellarium", where the three rings of the TELRAD are already drawn or can be displayed around the interesting celestial objects. This makes finding these celestial objects a real walk.FEATURESTELRAD projection finderIlluminated rings of 4 degrees, 2° and 0.5° in the skySee the complete starry sky without magnificationEasy installation and useCan be installed on nearly every telescopesBase with quick release coupling included Powered by two AA batteries (not included) Very long battery life because of LED technologySCOPE OF DELIVERYTELRAD viewfinder with projector and battery compartment TELRAD base with quick-release coupling for the viewfinder Adhesive tape for attachment to telescope

EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC 82° Ar Eyepiece 24mm (2")
Explore Scientific 82° Series™ extreme wide field eyepieces are optimized to produce high contrast, high resolution, and superior flat field characteristics. The visual effect of these eyepieces with their long eye-relief and their 82° apparent field is truly a full-immersion experience. Your eye is relaxed, allowing you to easily use the "averted vision" technique to study faint details across a huge field-of-view. The 82° Series eyepieces come with a twist-up rubber eye-guard that raise to the desired height for the comfort of the observer, and as experienced astronomers know, eye comfort is critical when trying to observe at the visual limits of the telescope. To keep internal reflections to a minimum, all internal surfaces of the eyepiece barrel are flat black, as well as the edges of the lenses themselves to minimize the scattering of light within the lenses themselves. All 82° Series eyepieces are fully multi-coated and edge-blackened to produce maximum contrast.

LUNT CAA-RF 0.8x reducer/field-flattener for nighttime photography with LS80MT, LS100MT & LS130MT telescopes
Field-flattener and focal length reducer for deep-sky astrophotography. Designed for the multipurpose APO telescopes of the Lunt-Solar-Systems LS80MT, LS100MT and LS130MT series. At the telescopes of the MT series from Lunt Solar Systems, the H-Alpha filter unit for solar observation can be removed, then these telescopes can be used as high quality ED APO's for observing and photographing the night sky. This accessory for the LS80MT, LS100MT and LS130MT telescopes shortens the focal length by a factor of 0.8x, providing a larger field of view for deep-sky astrophotography. This also allows shorter exposure times. At the same time, the field of view is flattened for photography. On the camera side, the reducer/field-flattener has a T2 male thread (M42x0.75). DSLR cameras can be connected here directly with a normal T2 ring. For other cameras, an M48x0.75 male thread is available in addition to the T2 male thread. The distance between reducer/field-flattener and camera sensor should be around 50 to 55mm.An M64x1 thread is provided on the telescope side. This allows to connect the reducer/field flattener to the focusers of the conversion kits for the LS80MT, LS100MT and LS130MT telescopes. Please note that for using the reducer/field flattener at the LS80MT, LS100MT or LS130MT telescopes, the corresponding conversion kit for night-time use of the telescope is absolutely necessary..FEATURESShortens focal length of F/7 ED telescopes by a factor of 0.8xFlattened field of view for photographyT2 thread and M48x0.75 thread for camera connectionWorking distance 50 to 55mmSCOPE OF DELIVERY0.8x reducer/field-flattenerAdapter to T2 thread (M42x0.75) and to M48x0.75

EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC 2" O-III Nebula Filter 6.5nm
One of the most important obstacles for the exploration of the night sky is the brightening of the night sky by artificial lighting, such as street lights. The night sky is not really dark in the vicinity of towns or cities, which reduces the visibility of objects beyond the solar system enormously. Depending on the type of celestial object, it is possible to increase the contrast dramatically by blocking the interfering artificial light. The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC O-III filteruses a characteristic property of the so-called emission nebulae. Those objects glow in special colours, the so-called emission lines. Those emission lines are linked to chemical elements - in this case, oxygen. The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC O-III nebula filterblocks all other colours (and thereby nearly all the artificial light) and only the two emission lines of the oxygen can pass the filter. The result is astonishing: suddenly, nebulae are visible in locations that were completely empty without using filters. In suburban skies, for example, the veil nebula NGC 6992 is almost invisible with a 200 mm telescope. By using this filter, you can see the nebula and its structures without any difficulties. A must for every visual observer and for astrophotography. The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC nebula filterscome with an individual test certificate - your guarantee for receiving a premium filter. This filter's narrow passband of only 6.5 nm bandwidth highlights the faint emission nebulae or makes them visible even under difficult urban conditions. FEATURES enables the observation of so-called emmission nebulae blocks almost the entire artificial light only the two emmission lines of the oxygen passes the filter band pass width: 6.5 nm narrow band version for difficult urban conditions allows more contrast for faint deep sky objects ideal for use near cities, in heavy brightened skies individual test certificate included to guarantee you receive a premium filter SCOPE OF DELIVERY 1x 2'' O-III nebula filter

Explore Scientific ReflexSight LED Finder
A new take on a classic design, superior to the usual red dot finder - which will fit many telescopes and larger binoculars.Explore Scientific ReflexSight™ LED projection viewfinder, uses proven functionality with versatility, while having enhanced performance features.Looking through this viewfinder shows multiple deep red target circles projected against the night sky.  Both eyes can be used for quick and easy star hopping, in order to target objects in your telescope. The big advantage is that you can see the entire night sky without magnification and not just a small section of the sky, as you would through a magnified finderscope.  This makes Goto aligning quick and easy and speeds up acquisition of targets.New "Multi-Dot" target circle pattern (in standard circle diameters of 4.0 degrees, 2.0 degrees and 0.5 degrees), prevents blocking of stars within the field of view.  Using the widths of the projected circles as reference points allows those users with non-goto telescopes to easily work out the location of non-visible targets, with reference to more easily visible stars.  The projection screen size is a generous 55 x 35 mm.Multiple mounting options. The Explore Scientific ReflexSight™ LED projection viewfinder's base fits standard "Vixen-style dovetail" finder bases, allowing the user to attach this finder to a wife array of commercially-available telescopes, without modifying the telescope itself. A ¼ inch x 20G threaded adapter (photo tripod thread) is built into the finder base, allowing the finder to be attached to a variety of telescopes, via piggyback camera adapters with a photo tripod threaded hole.Functional design and intuitive use: the smooth housing, with no sharp corners, prevents snagging. Easily accessible battery compartment, taking 2x standard AAA alkaline batteries (not included), which power the frugal LED illuminator. The low power consumption of the LED lighting ensures a long operating time. Large, continuously adjustable brightness control with knurled knob head can be easily operated with gloves. Click the rotary switch to turn off completely. Rear-facing, tool-free three-point parallax knurled collimation knobs, again, easy to operate even with gloved hands, ensure you are well locked-on to the main optical axis of your telescope. The projection screen is coated, to minimise annoying reflections and allow you to concentrate on the finder's target and the night sky behind it.  Comes complete with screen and optics cover. The extremely compact design allows mounting even on small, lightweight telescopes - truly a finder for all!FEATURESReflexSight LED projection finder with deep red target circles Standard circle diameters 4.0 degrees, 2.0 degrees and 0.5 degreesProjection screen size: 55 x 35 mmFits standard Vixen-style dovetail finder shoes There is also a ¼ inch x 20G female photo tripod thread in the base Can be mounted via piggyback camera adapters etc. Operates on standard AAA batteries (not included) Smooth housing with no sharp corners, prevents snagging Comes complete with optics and screen cover Compact design and easily accessible battery compartment Large, continuously adjustable brightness control with knurled knob Click switch to turn off completely Tool-free three-point collimation parallax adjustment with easily accessible knurled knobs Can also be mounted on small and light telescopes WHAT'S INCLUDEDReflexSight LED projection finder

BRESSER Messier 6'' Planetary Dobson Telescope
NEW - now including a high-quality aperture Solar-filter for safe observation of sunspots, eclipses and planet transits. Great telescope for night and solar observation. The BRESSER Messier 6 inch Planetary Dobson is something very special. Despite its low price, it offers a variety of functions and quality, which you sometimes look for in the considerably more expensive devices in vain. With an aperture diameter of 150 mm and a focal length of 1200 mm of this high quality BRESSER newtonian optics, the observation of the moon, the planets and planetary nebulae is particularly well possible.  Craters and grooves of the moon as well as the fast changing shadows cast by the so-called terminator line are exciting observation targets. Saturn with its impressive ring, Jupiter with its bands of clouds and the movement of its easily visible moons, the crescent shape of Venus and the glowing red Mars are good examples of what this telescope can be used for. Because of the long basic focal length you can easily achieve the high magnifications required for this purpose with this telescope. You do not need expensive special eyepieces. In short, this is a telescope primarily for detailed observation. Nevertheless bright deep sky objects like the Orion Nebula or the galaxies Messier 81 and 82 etc. can be observed as well. Also photography is no problem with this tube. Here is another strength of this telescope: if you want to take pictures, you can simply unscrew the altitude wheels from the tube and put them on a EQ mount with an optionally available dovetail rail - and nothing more stands in the way of astrophotography. The included eyepiece adapter has the common T2 connection thread (M42x0.75mm), to which almost every standard camera can be attached. Only the camera specific T2 adapter ring is additionally required. Of course, also common USB planetary cameras with 1.25 inch or 2 inch plug diameter can be used directly with this telescope. With the original equipment you can observe immediately - an optical 6x30 viewfinder and a 25 mm SPL eyepiece are included. For those who want to transport the device as compact as possible, the new 6'' BRESSER Messier Planet Dobson makes it very easy - the rocker box can be disassembled in a few easy steps, because the parts are assembled with metal quick connectors. So a bulky rocker box quickly turns into a handy flat package of boards. A telescope whose versatility, performance and user-friendliness set new standards in this price class. Please note that Newtonian reflector telescopes are very good for astronomical observations of the starry sky, but are not well suited for observing nature and landscapes during the day. For nature and landscape observations we therefore recommend BRESSER lens telescopes. FEATURES Optical design: reflector telescopeMirror diameter: 150 mm / focal length: 1200 mm / F/8Maximum recommended magnification: 300xTelescope for night and solar observation High quality BRESSER Newton optics Ideal telescope for planets, moon, double stars and planetary nebulae Sun observation through the included sun filter possibleStable and smooth 2 inch 50.8mm Rack and Pinion focuser Main mirror made of special glass with low thermal expansion Easy to move metal tube for balancing Demountable rocker box with accessory tray Tube mounting on altitude wheels using tube clamps Use of the optics also on other mounts Different sized adjustment and counter screws on the mirror cell Viewing height at zenith: approx. 115cm (suitable for children and teenagers) Tube weight: 8.3 kg Basic weight: 7,8 kg Total weight: 16,1 kg Dimensions ready to use telescope: 45 x 45 x 128 cm Shipping dimensions 1 carton: 47x47x84cm, 18kg SCOPE OF DELIVERY Optical tube Dobson Telescope Mount (disassembled for self assembly) Aperture Solar Filter Optical 6x30 viewfinder 25mm SuperPlössl eyepiece (Ø 31.7 mm / 1.25 inch') 1 Extension tube 25mm for 2 inch focuser 1 Eyepiece adapter diameter 31.7 to 50.8 mm 2 Tube clamps 2 Altitude wheels
