FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
The symbol flashes when the air pressure drops sharply within a short period of time. This indicates that a storm or strong winds are very likely approaching. As soon as the air pressure stabilizes, the flashing will stop automatically – it therefore serves as a storm warning.
Please proceed as follows:
Tips:
- Remove all batteries from the base station and the outdoor sensor.
- Wait at least 3–10 minutes.
- Insert the batteries into the base station.
- Once the indoor temperature is displayed, insert the batteries into the outdoor sensor.
The signal should now be detected and the outdoor temperature displayed.
Tips:
- If problems occur, replace all batteries with fresh, non-rechargeable brand batteries. Different battery types or charge levels may cause interference.
- Do not place the base station near other electronic devices (this may interfere with reception).
- If necessary, choose a different location for the base station.
If pressing the “DCF” button on the back does not help, reset the station:
- Briefly press the reset button on the back with a pen
- If necessary, place the station closer to a window, as reception inside buildings may be limited

The small-sized multifunctional outdoor sensor is very place-saving and can be placed almost everywhere. A pipe clamp and screws to mount it to a pole (tube diameter about 25-33 mm) as well as a stand are already included!The 5-in-1 outdoor sensor transfers reliably the measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation amount to the main station. On the clearly structured display of the main station not only current values but also numerous of historical data can be displayed. This allows for the internal saving and evaluation of the measured values over a period of 24 hours.
