The device features high-quality optics with continuous zoom. This enables documentation of the specimen between 10x and 280x magnifications. Thanks to the optional battery operation, it’s also portable. The adjustable LED lighting of the Biorit SE 1600x ensures ideal illumination, with separate controls for both transmitted and incident light, allowing you to dim each light independently.
The microscope offers a magnification range of 40x to 1600x, and the 2x Barlow lens allows for additional zooming. Precise observations are supported by the coarse and fine focus adjustments. To protect your samples, the 40x objective lens is spring-loaded. The colour filter wheel makes it easy to highlight different details of your samples.
With a modern design and a rear-facing revolving nosepiece, the microscope is extremely user-friendly. The Biorit SE 1600x also features a 360° rotatable monocular viewing head, and it can be powered via a computer or power bank (not included) using the included USB cable and power adapter.
To help you get started right away, the microscope comes with 5 prepared slides and blank slides for your own samples. The smartphone camera holder lets you easily take photos and videos through the eyepiece.
