Product information "Prismáticos ALPEN OPTICS Apex XP 10x42 LRF Binoculars with Rangefinder"
Optics
Thanks to the ED (Extra Low Dispersion) glass lenses, the premium binoculars produce true-colour images at an outstanding resolution. In addition, the BaK-4 prisms are fully multi-coated, resulting in a higher light transmission and therefore brighter images. Another unique feature is the dioptre adjustment, which has a range of -5 to +5. The eye relief is 14.3 mm.
Rangefinder
The binoculars come with a built-in rangefinder, which can measure the distance to animals, buildings and other objects up to 2286 metres (2500 yards) away. The maximum range is approximately 2286 m (2500 yards) for an apartment building, 1371 m (1500 yards) for a detached house, and 731 m (800 yards) for deer and other animals of that size. The recorded distance is displayed directly in the field of view via an OLED projector (red) with adjustable brightness. You can choose whether to display the measurements in yards or metres. The reticle can also be dimmed in 6 levels. You can also display the direct distance (LOS mode) or an angle-compensated distance (HCD). A long-life CR2 battery is included with the product - the battery status indicator shows you the remaining battery level.
User-friendly design
The ALPEN Apex XP 10x42 binoculars with a built-in rangefinder are perfect for outdoor adventures. Thanks to the compact design (147 x 132 x 70 mm), they take up very little space in your bag. They also feature a durable housing made from lightweight magnesium and weigh just 926 grams - perfect for long tours when you don't want to carry heavy equipment. In addition, the binoculars have a wide zoom wheel and twist-up eyecups to ensure maximum comfort during cold weather. They also have a comfortable rubber armouring, which protects the optics from bumps.
2-in-1 design: The ALPEN Apex XP Fernglas 10x42 binoculars allow you to experience high-quality optics and take precise distance measurements all in one device.

Crystal-clear images with premium quality optics
Unlike the standard BK-7, the optics are made from BaK-4 glass (barium crown glass) that produces even sharper and brighter images. The high-quality BaK-4 glass optics are used in all ALPEN Optics products sold in Europe.
More light for clearer images
The optics are fully coated with a premium multi-layer coating, which increases the light transmission to up to 95% to produce stunningly bright images.
Weatherproof design
Waterproof design
The housing features a splashproof design, which protects the optics during rain and adverse weather.
Easily adjustable for glasses wearers
Thanks to the twist-up eyecups, the design is also suitable for people who wear glasses. The distance between your eyes and the lenses can be easily adjusted to allow you to see the complete field of view.
Fine tune to your vision
The built-in dioptre adjustment allows you to quickly adjust the optics to your vision and compensate for differences between your left and right eyes.
Tripod connection thread
Thanks to the tripod connection thread, the optics can be quickly mounted on a tripod so that you can enjoy shake-free images of animals or nature.
Precise rangefinder
Know how close you are to your target – the built-in rangefinder measures the distance to animals, buildings and other objects with precision, up to range of 2286 metres.
Brighter images
The ultra-bright coating lets even more light into your eyes so that you won’t be left in the dark during twilight and in challenging light conditions.
Nitrogen filling
The temperature can change rapidly when you’re out in the wild. To prevent the lenses from fogging up on the inside and obstructing your view, the optics are filled with nitrogen.
