The optical prism compensation with a 2-axis gimbal enables an impressive 16x magnification without any annoying blurring. Das Germanium-Objektiv F19/1.0 bietet eine hohe Transmission im langwelligen Infrarot (LWIR) -Bereich. Dank der hochpräzisen Fertigung der optischen Elemente des Objektivs zeichnet sich das vom Sensor des Wärmebildgeräts Axion Compact erzeugte Bild durch seine Klarheit und Detailgenauigkeit aus.

Ein wiederaufladbarer APS3-Akku mit hoher Kapazität ermöglicht einen Dauerbetrieb des Wärmebildgeräts von 8 Stunden mit einer einzigen Ladung. Der Akku wird in Sekundenschnelle aus dem Akkugehäuse entfernt und durch eine neue ersetzt. Der Akku wird in einem speziellen Gerät oder innerhalb des Geräts von einem PC, einem Netzstromsystem oder einer Powerbank über USB-C aufgeladen. Die gleichen Quellen werden für die externe Stromversorgung eines Wärmebildgeräts verwendet.
