The Vixen New Foresta 8x32 DCF binoculars come from what is probably the most popular series of binoculars from Vixen. These 8X32s are compact and their wide field makes them ideal for following moving targets - making them a superb choice for birdwatching and nature study. They are compact enough to fit into a large jacket pocket, so traveling anywhere with them is a breeze. The lenses of the NEW FORESTA binoculars have a full multi-coating and the prisms have an H.R.D. Coating (High Reflective Dielectric Coating) - an improvement on previous Foresta binoculars. These coatings allow the binoculars to achieve particularly high light transmission. This is a crucial advantage in dim light and help to extend observing periods at dawn and dusk and during challenging lighting conditions.
