​The Vixen FORESTA VX1200 8x42 binoculars are a very versatile pair of binoculars - compact enough to be taken anywhere and to be used for a wide variety of observations: Nature study, birdwatching, landscape observations and low light level use, including basic astronomical observing, these binoculars are very well made and fully waterproof, meaning they can be used anywhere in all weathers, without the risk of fogging.
Vixen has substantially improved the coatings on the New Foresta range of binoculars, making them very bright in terms of light transmission and excellent in contrast performance.
