This 5mm is an excellent higher power eyepiece for most telescopes, especially good for Lunar and Planetary observers. The SLV Series of Vixen Eyepieces feature a hexagonal shaped eyepiece barrel, long 20mm eye relief, and twist up click stop eyecup for adjusting to the most comfortable viewing. The SLV eyepieces feature high grade lanthanum glass, and deliver remarkably clear and high contrast star images to the edge of the viewing circle.
