​The BRESSER EQ-3 is a German equatorial telescope mount that can be used universally for light to medium-weight telescope tubes with a net weight of up to 5 kg.The only requirement for telescope tube mounting is a universal Vixen profile GP dovetail mounting bar - found on many commercially available telescope. This high-quality equatorial mount allows easy alignment to the celestial pole in no time and then allows tracking of all celestial objects manually with its single RA axis. Both RA and DEC axes come with manual slow motion control cables, for easy adjustment of your telescope's pointing.  Also included is a sturdy, yet lightweight, aluminium field tripod, which can be individually adjusted in leg height to give you perfect stability, even on rough ground. The R200SS features very fast f4 200 mm optics with a parabolic primary mirror and produces extremely sharp images with no chromatic aberration. A special layer made using state-of-the-art technology provides an optimal surface for observing and photographing deep-sky objects. The large aperture and short size make this device ideal for astrophotography of nebulae, star clusters and comets. The use of an optional coma corrector provides a sharp image until the edges of the field of view. The focuser features a socket for 2-inch eyepieces. The H-alpha wavelength is the most impressive way to observe the sun, showing protuberances at the sun's edge, filaments and flares on the surface, and much more. An internal Etalon filter achieves a bandwidth of <0.7 Angstrom with the innovative air pressure tuning system Pressure-Tuner. Tuning is done by slightly changing the air pressure in a pressure chamber inside the telescope. This changes the refractive index of the air, making it easy to tune to the H-alpha line. The pressure tuner guarantees a homogeneous image, without central obstruction, and a permanently protected Etalon without erosion. The ED Doublet lens will offer an excellent image. It can be used with a standard 2 inch zenith mirror or other accessories at the R&P focuser, the back focus is 135mm.With an additional Amici prism, the telescope can of course also be used during the day for nature and landscape observations.This makes the LS60MT, with its small dimensions and low weight, also an ideal travel telescope for all applications!More applications:With additionally available accessories the LS60MT offers even more possibilities!- Double-StackThe LS60MT telescope can optionally be upgraded with the additionally available double-stack filters LS50FHa or LS60FHa (part numbers 0550200 and 0550250). The Vixen 60–50.8-mm adapter sleeve can be used to adapt the 60-mm connection of a Vixen focuser for a 50.8-mm eyepiece connection. This dovetail rail is suitable for mounting on BRESSER MESSIER 6 , 8 and 10 inch Dobson telescopes. The dovetail rail is manufactured according to the GP standard and therefore these Dobson telescope tubes can be used on any telescope mounting with the appropriate carrying capacity. The prism rail is 200mm long and therefore offers sufficient clearance for secure mounting on the telescope mount. In combination with the optionally available carrying handle Art.
