Pine pollen

A pine is any conifer in the genus Pinus of the family Pinaceae. Pinus is the sole genus in the subfamily Pinoideae. Pine trees are evergreen, coniferous resinous trees (or, rarely, shrubs) growing 3–80 m (10–260 ft) tall, with the majority of species reaching 15–45 m (50–150 ft) tall. Pines are long lived and typically reach ages of 100–1,000 years, some even more.

Pine pollen are among the few incredibly valuable plants that actually contain the hormone testosterone itself. You heard right, it is even the same form of testosterone as it is found in our body. They contain more than 20 high-quality amino acids. They have more than 100 enzymes. Over 15 vitamins are contained. All essential fatty acids are also components (omega-3, omega-6, omega-9).
