The New BRESSER Science TFM-201 is a binocular microsscope, which is equipped with semiplan objectives. The WF 10x eyepieces offer a large visual field of 20mm. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from ca. 55mm to 75mm. BRESSER additional Objective 2x (ETD-201)

In some applications, it is desirable to increase the magnification by an additional 50x. With this 2x lens, you can use the Science ETD-201 at magnifications of 16 to 100x.. The working distance is reduced slightly. However, the depth of field is higher at the resulting magnification than when the magnification is increased by simply using another pair of eyepieces. A conversion lens is therefore the accessory of choice for magnifications greater than 50x. BRESSER Science ADL 601 P 50-600x Microscope

In the microscope's basis, there are a transmitted light halogen illuminator (20 W) as well as the power supply and the continuous adjustable dimmers for reflected light and transmitted light. The trinocular head attachment works with both illumination modes. It also allows photography and binocular visual observation. The inclination of the eyepiece tubes is 30°. With the polarization head attachment, the instrument is suitable for the internal structure of materials and for condition monitoring of different mechanical apparatus in college and factory. The reflected light halogen illumination (20W), which goes through the objective onto the object, can be modified for special purposes with a colour filter wheel and the polarizer/analyzer combination. BRESSER MikroCamII 5MP HIS Microscope Camera

The BRESSER MikroCamII 5MP HIS with the light sensitive and low-noise Sony® IMX264 sensor is perfectly suited for low light applications. The camera uses a global shutter, which captures moving objects without distortion. With sufficient lighting, the camera is also capable of ultra short exposures as low as 1/50.000 second. In this mode, the camera can virtually freeze fast moving objects. The BRESSER MikroCamLabII software includes a variety of useful functions, e.g. measuring in live mode (optional calibration slide needed), mosaic/stitching, focus stacking (for extended depth of field). All camera parameters (exposure time, gain, white balance) can be set manually. Mosaic and focus stacking can be done in live mode, which gives instant results even for unexperienced users. The method is also much faster than the normal procedure where a set of images is rendered afterwards. To use the mosaic function in live mode, a crosstable / mechanical desk is highly recommended to move the sample. The big camera sensor is not compatible with all microscope models. It might lead to vignetting (dark edges). To compensate this, a 1.0x optical adapter (item code 5914001) is recommended. This camera will not work with the ETD-201 stereo microscope as the microscope will illuminate only a part of the sensor. For this microscope, we recommend the model MikroCamII 12MP item code 5914912.
